Evaluation And Guarantee Of Service Quality Of County Public Hospitals In Wuling Mountainous Areas

With the development of China’s economy into the city zone,Rural medical technology and services continue to progress,and people’s demand for medical service quality has reached an unprecedented level.This paper takes the Wuling mountain area as the research object.Firstly,the supply and demand of rural public health services in this area are analyzed;Secondly,the medical service quality of Q hospital in Chongqing city is investigated;Thirdly,we survey on the satisfaction degree of medical service quality in Q Hospital of Chongqing City;Finally,it puts forward suggestions on the quality assurance of medical service in public hospitals in Wuling mountainous areas.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Rural public health services has made great achievements in Wuling mountainous area,but compared to the supply of services and the broad masses of peasants needs,there are still a big gap.The main reasons are concluding that medical insurance system for urban and rural residents is not yet perfect,and the dual structure in urban and rural areas leads to lack of financial capital in rural public medical service,and drug production target is deviated from service aim.(2)The medical quality of Q hospital in Chongqing is high.In the diagnosis of quality,quality of treatment,operation quality,cost of hospitalization,hospital work efficiency,and hospital workload,A number of indicators have reached the level of the top three hospitals.Existing problems and risks may include: First,the success rate of emergency patients and critically ill patients have yet to be improved;Secondly,outpatient workload has increased,but the average daily outpatient volume has not exceeded 1000 person times;Thirdly,the hospital workload development speed is too smooth;Fourthly,the average cost per capita and the average daily costs have increased.(3)Local residents’ satisfaction with the quality of medical services of Q hospital in Chongqing is in general.44% of people are satisfied with the attitude of the hospital service,and 36% of people feel satisfied with the doctor’s technology,and 5% of people feel satisfied with the hospital medical conditions,and 21% of people feel satisfied with the price,and 39% of the people feel satisfied with on the new rural cooperative medical care reimbursement rate,and 41% of the people are satisfied with the reimbursement procedures,and 40% of respondents had an early discharge from the hospital experience,and 76.4% of them are due to economic difficulties.(4)Recommendations.There are concluding in construction of rural medical security system based on public hospitals,and financial guarantee to improve the quality of medical service in rural public hospitals,and improving the operational security of rural public hospital medical service quality,and ideological guarantee for improving the quality of medical service in rural public hospitals,and image guarantee for improving the quality of medical service in rural public hospitals.
