Data Mining On Literature About Aplastic Anemia After Song Dynasty

Objective:Collecting and organizing ancient literature after Song Dynasty,pick up articles,prescriptions as well as herbs of high correlation with Aplastic Anemia(AA)to sum up development and treatment about AA in ancient physicians.In order to provide a literature reference and new ideas for modern TCM clinical treatment of AA.Method:Based on the method of literature research,collecting,arranging and analyzing ancient literature about AA after Song Dynasty through information retrieval and computer data mining technology.Summarize similar words,approximate word and syndromes of AA as basement for constructing database.Results:The search result shows that each dynasty after Song Dynasty has development for AA in aspects including etiology and pathology,clinical manifestation,treatment as well as prescriptions and herbs.Conclusion:1.Although the AA literature are scattered and in small amount,they still have research value and certain clinical significance,which is worthy of collection and systematic research.2.The main treatment of Acute strain in Song dynasty is nourishing yin and reducing fever,except resolving the current problems by clearing away heat,eliminating the root causes by tonifying healthy Qi is emphasized in the treatment of heat strain.Strain caused by blood deficiency is treated by promoting circulation and removing stasis,promoting qi circulation and relieving pain,and tonifying Yin and healthy Qi.3.Treatment of spleen and stomach is stressed in Jin and Yuan dynasty.Pi Wei Lun put forward the therapy of promoting digestion by sweet herb,drying the dampness by pungent and expelling wind herbs.Ru Men Shi Qin Prohibit excessive eating.Dan Xi Xin Fa pay attention to nourish Yin,clearing away heat and giving consideration to both Spleen and stomach like Song dynasty.4.Doctors emphasize tonifying deficiency in Ming dynasty,Mi Chuan Zheng Zhi Yao Jue Ji Lei Fang put forward mild reinforcing which stressed heart and kidney.Yi Guan stressed on tonifying kidney.5.Therapy,prescriptions as well as herbs are discussed for extrnal infection invading strained body and heat entering the blood aspect in Qing dynasty.Xue Zheng Lun treat blood diseases by stopping bleeding,removing blood stasis,tonifying deficiency as principle.Raising the concept of "emaciation due to blood disorders",and treated it with the therapy that removing blood stasis to generate new blood and tonifying deficiency mildly.
