Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Blood, Consumptive (chronic Aplastic Anemia), Clinical Observations,

Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effectiveness that combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is used to treat on consumptive disease of blood system (chronic aplastic anemia ), and exlpain the mechanism and application of the press with beans on the kidney point of ear.Methods:Observe forty patients of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA),treatment based on syndrone differentiation focused on"kidney",with both oral administration and intravenous injection of chinese herb medicine, accompanied with medicine needle acupuncture and press with beans on the kidney point in ears,parallel nursing based on syndrome differentiation. observe the improvement of peripheral blood,therapeutic effecttiveness of disease and therapeutic effecttiveness of syndrome。Results:The peripheral blood: WBC,Hb and PLT increase obviously,and have significant differences than before.The WBC in deficiency ofkidney-yin group and deficiency of kidney-yin-yang group increase obviously(P<0.05),the WBC in deficiency of kidney yang gruop and Hb,PLT in three groups increased significantly(P<0.01).The therapeutic effecttiveness of disease:the total efficience rate is 80.0%,and the efficience rate in deficiency of kidney-yang group is't diffrent significantly to kidney-yin group(p>0.05);in the grade therapeutic effectiveness:there is a diffrent significantly between the kidney-yang group and the kidney-yin group(p<0.01).The therapeutic effecttiveness of syndrome: the total eficiency rate is 87.5%, and the efficience rate in deficiency of kidney-yang goup is not diffrent significantly to kidney-yin group(p>0.05);in the grade therapeutic effectiveness, there is a diffrent significantly between the kidney-yang group and the kidney-yin group(p<0.01).Conclusion:The combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is used to treat on consumptive disease of blood system(CAA)has obvious clinical effectiveness,and the therapeutic effectiveness of kidney-yang group is superior to kidney-yin group;The press with beans on the kidney point of ear has its own characteristics and advantages.
