Objective: To investigate and analysis the epidemiology andrisk factors of chronic kidney disease of in the adult population in Changsha urban area.Methods: We assisted the community health service center to carry out the free physical examination to obtain epid emiological data.Using a multistage sampling,3900 residents(older than 18)from the community of Hanpu in Yuelu district,community of South of the city road in Tianxin district,community of Maojialong in kaifu district from May to July in 2015 were selected to be interviewed and tested for the kidney damage indicators and the associated risk factors with CKD.Results: 1.Eligible data of 3,820 subjects were included in the study,2084 men(54.55 percent),736 women(45.4 percent),the male to female ratio is 1.2:1,and the average age was(46.63±12.54).There was a significant statistical significance about the difference of age?height,weight,SBP?BUN?Scr?TC?TG between men and women(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance about the difference of BMI?DBP?FBG between male and female(P>0.05).2.It showed that the prevalence of albuminuria?hematuria?reduced eGFR was 1.34%?6.18%?5.79% respectively?The re were 449 patients with CKD,approximately 11.76% subjects had at least one indicators of kidney damage,and the awareness rate was 28.73%.The prevalence of the stage 1?2?3a?3b?4?5 with CKD was 8.43%?1.29%?0.99%?0.71%?0.27%?0.07% respectively.The vast majority of patients with CKD both in male and female were in stage of 1.And the prevale nce of CKD in male and female was 7.58%,16.76% respectively.And the prevalence of CKD in each ages was 71%?10.16%?14.50%?32.20%,it increased with the increase of age.There was a significant statistical significance about the preval ence of CKD in different ages.3.Characteristics of chronic illnesses: The prevalence of high Blood pressure,diabetes,abnormal lipid metabolism,high uric acid hematic disease was 11.26%?5.50%?23.27%?5.99% respectively.There was no statistical significance abo ut the prevalence of high Blood pressure,diabetes,abnorma llipid metabolism between male and female and the prevalence of high uric acid hematic disease in different ages.(P>0.05).And there was a significant statistical significance about the prevalence of high uric acid hematic disease between male and female,and the prevalence of Blood pressure,diabetes,abnormal lipid metabolism in different ages.4.Multivariable logistic regression analysis results: Age,Female,Level of education,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,high uric acid hematic disease was independently correlated with high risk factors for CKD.Conclusions:1.It showed that the prevalence of chronic kidney disease in Changsha urban area was 11.76 percent.The prevalence of CKD in female was higher than those in male;the preval ence of CKD increased with the increase of age both in male and female.The vast majority of patients with CKD both in male and female were in stage of 1.2.It showed that the awareness rate of chronic kidney disease in Changsha urban area was 28.73 percent.We need much healthier check-up related to chronic kidney disease to improve the awareness of illness in residents,which is helpful to early diagnosis and early treatment of chronic kidney disease.3.Age,Female,Level of education,hyperlipidemia,d-diabetes were independently correlated with high risk factors for CKD.
