Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Clinical Curative Effect Of Meta Analysis

Objective:Systematic review of the traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritisMethods:According to the method of Meta analysis,search the China CNKI database,Wanfang database and other major databases,search the randomized controlled trials for traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastr itis.The time is limited in 1997-2016.According to the established screening criteria to determine the included literature,and give the final inclusion literatures evaluations,and extract from the literatures on chronic atrophic gastritis in the clinical efficacy,the overall symptoms and signs of the efficacy and endoscopic muco sal improvement and other treatment data,to convert the data and do Meta-analys is by using the software of Review Manager5.3.Results:This paper contains a total of 13 studies,2270 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients,the treatment group shows a better clinical comprehensive efficacy[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.17,1.27),P<0.00001],the improvement of overall s ymptoms and signs are obviously[RR=1.68,95%CI[1.52,1.86],P<0.00001],improve s the performance of endoscopy[RR=1.67,95%CI[1.40,1.99]P<0.00001] and pat hological outcome [RR=1.46,95%CI[1.29,1.65],P<0.00001].But for Helicobacter pylori infection,two groups both have no statistical difference in the efficacy of eradication of Helicobacter pylori.For the observation of adverse reactions,only 2references are mention it in this paper,and only have text descriptions,and both them give all patients examinations of liver function,kidney function,blood routine and urine routine after treatment for 3 months,the results have no obvious change,it indicate there is no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:1.For the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,in improving symptoms and signs,endoscopy and pathology,traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is better than simple western medicine.2.Traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine alone in helicobacter pylori eradication effect has no significant difference.3.The quality of traditional Chinese medicine clinical research is yet to be improved.
