A Case Of Severe Crowding With Angle Class ? Malocclusion Treated By Self-Locking Brackets

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of adolescent severe dental crowding malocclusion adolescents by self ligating brackets after correctionMethod:In October,Dalian dental clinic received treatment in October of 2013.patients with class I malocclusion were treated by bony,one patient with severe crowded dentition.The patient was female,11 years and 10 months;Past physical fitness;Good oral hygiene conditions,no periodontal inflammation.Positive view,upper and lower levels,patients left and right facial symmetry,side view;Face view,:the angle of nose and lip,the deep of chin,the patient took 14,24,34,44 tooth extraction program,the straight wire orthodontic technique and self-ligating brackets appliance.The changes of bone,teeth and soft tissue before and after orthodontic treatment were evaluated before and after the orthodontic treatment before and after the orthodontic treatment.Result:After 18 months of orthodontic treatment,the upper and lower midline of the mandible aligns;The Over Bite and overjet coverage of anterior teeth is within the standard value;When the patient is closed up and down lips,the mental region is softer and the facial soft tissue profile is better.The relationship between the two sides of the first molar and the canines was the neutral occlusal relationship.there was no significant change in the bilateral condylar process before and after orthodontic treatment compared with the curved surface after orthodontic treatment.The length of the temporomandibular joint is consistent,the complete teeth are arranged neatly,the root has no absorption,the root arrangement is parallel,periodontal ligament is good,continuity,alveolar bone has no damage absorption.The results of cephalometricanalysis before and after orthodontic treatment showed that gogn and fma had no significant changes.The numerical values increase 1,indicating the clockwise rotation of the occlusal plane;Compared with orthodontic treatment,SNA decreased by 2.snb decreased by 1.anb decreased by 1.compared with that before orthodontic treatment,and decreased by 1.U1 decreased before orthodontic treatment,u1 decreased,and the maxillary anterior teeth were corrected,the changes of L1,L1(mm)were not significant,the lower heyayazhou remained unchanged.The FH ratio of FH-ns was increased by 2.the FCA ratio decreased by 1.the soft tissue was softer than before orthodontic treatment.The use of self-locking brackets,eliminating the zhajie,reduce the bad mechanical friction stimulation of lip and cheek mucosa,brackets around food is not easy to adhere,easy to clean,good oral health,gingival,periodontal tissue health,also maintained the health of perioral.The long interval of return visit,thereby reducing the number of frequent visits,reduce the clinical operating time.After each visit,the patient occasionally has mild discomfort,reducing the pain.Conclusion: In the orthodontic treatment of adolescent occlusion malocclusion,the severe dentition crossbite took the use of self-locking brackets appliance,in order to maintain the health of periodontal tissues,can light correction,quickly and effectively relieve the crowding,row dentition,and maintain a good zhimianxing,so as to obtain the desired orthodontic effect.
