Objective:To explore the correlation between plasma concentration of visceral adipose tissue-derived serine protease inhibitor(Vaspin)and coronary heart disease(CHD).In addition,We also assessing the role of Vaspin as an independent risk factor for CHD.Methods:37 inpatients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS group)and 51 inpatients with stable angina pectoris(SAP group)during the 11/2015-5/2016 were enrolled in the study. In addition,30 patients with normal coronary artery were collected as control group. All t he medical record information of patients were collected, these infor mation including:age, gender, hypertension laboratory results of ser um Vaspin, plasma glucose, lipid clinical indicators, coronary angiogra phy and echocardiography.Serum concentrations of Vaspin in three groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELIS A).Medical information and Vaspin concentrations were compared b etween the three groups.Correlation of Vaspin concentrations and C HD was analyzed by Logistic regression method.Results:1.The levels of serum Vaspin in ACS,SAP and control group were respectively 0.66±0.44ng/ml,0.86±0.37ng/ml and 1.27±0.37ng/ml.Serum Vaspin in CHD group(including ACS and SAP group)was significantly lower than control group. There are statistical significances(P<0.05).2.With binary logistic regression analysis,The level of serum Vaspin can be taken as an independent risk factor of CHD.Conclusion:1.Serum Vaspin level is closely related to the occurrence of coronary heart disease and the coronary artery lesion severity.2.The low serum Vaspin level will be as an independent risk factor of CHD,and it can be used for early diagnosis and treatment of CHD.
