Expression And Clinical Significance Of IgG And IgM In The Nucleus Pulposus Of The Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To explor the expression and clinical significance of IgG and IgM in the nucleus pulposus of the patients with lumbar disc herniation in two different surgical methods.Methods:Collected the nucleus pulposus specimens of 57 patients in our hospital with lumbar disc herniation from October 2014 to April 2016.Divided into the Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy with the Intradiscal compressive injection group(experimental group),percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy group(control group),there are 34 patients in the experimental group and the 23 patients in the control group.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of IgG and IgM in the nucleus pulposus,Analyse the effects of IgG and IgM expression on the nucleus pulposus.All patients were followed up for 6 months,Statistics the JOA score to evaluate the short-term curative effect of the patients in different types of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(prominent group,prolapse group)with the two operation methods.Results:1.The expression of IgG and IgM were observed in two different types of the experimental group and the control group;2.The positive expression rates of IgG and IgM in the prominent group of experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);3.In the prolapse group there was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of IgG and IgM between the two groups.The follow-up results are as follows:1.There was no statistical difference between the prominent group of two groups at each time point;2.There was no statistical difference between the prolapse group of two groups at each time point.Conclusion:1.The intradiscal compressive injection can raise the expression of IgG and IgM immune complexes in the prominent group of the lumbar disc herniation,accelerate the reabsorption process of the nucleus pulposus;2.The two surgical methods can effectively treat the patients with lumbar disc herniation,and the short-term curative effect are the same.
