To study the three months Square Dance Exercise on Mengshan tourist areas(Jinqianyu Shihe Cuijiazhuang Luoquanyyu)in older obese women physique.Methods: 60 selected rural elderly women for the study were divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group for three months square dance practice.Studies have shown that: three months to square dance training in all aspects of human constitution to bring a favorable influence to improve the obese middle-aged women’s physical health.In the experimental group after three months of square dance after exercise,the body shape,function indicators have a significant difference,compared to the previous experiment BMI,girth index were decreased.Monsanto older women have improved physique trend.Conclusion: The three months of square dance exercise can effectively improve the body shape older women,heart and lung function,shorten the reaction time,the ability to enhance balance,flexibility is enhanced.Square Dance months significantly promote physical health in older obese women.
