Objective:Assess 6-month clinical efficacy,safety and indications of intraocular injections of Lucentis inpatients with retinal neovascular eye disease.Methods:The study included the patients who had been diagnosed wAMD?macular edema after CRVO?central exudative chorioretinopathy(CEC)?pathological myopia macular area of CNV and neovascular glaucoma(NVG)in the ophthalmology clinic of the Sichuan province people's hospital and received Lucentis treatment.We study the change of BCVA,OCT,IOP for 6month after the treatment.Results:It was found that 28 eyes postoperative 1?2?3?6 month average best corrected visual acuity compared with preoperative,were statistically significant differences(t=5.182?7.13 7?7.892?6.922,P<0.001).24 eyes preoperative lop compared with postoperative day 1,statistically significant(t=3.300,P<0.005).24 eyes preoperative lop compared with postoperative day 3,postoperative 1 month,no statistical difference(t=0.604?-1.451,P>0.05).In addition to neovascular glaucoma,other affected eye postoperative macular OCT form appeared different degree of improvement.Conclusion:Lucentis ball injection can relieve the retina edema,reduce the leakage of blood vessels,improve eye vision.With standardized operation,the ball injection of Lucentis is relatively safe. |
