Clinical Observation Of Wrist-ankle Acupuncture And Acusector Therapy Of Trigeminal Neuralgia

Objective:through the observation of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with acusector the clinical effect of treating trigeminal neuralgia,evaluate its effectiveness,and compared with pure electric acupuncture stitch,designed to optimize the acupuncture point about the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia,provide clinical basis for the popularization and application of wrist ankle acupuncture.Methods:60 cases of clinical cases in line with the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with every 30 patients.Treatment group used wrist ankle acupuncture and acusector,the main point choose xiaguan,hegu,local acupoint:pain of ophthalmic branch with cuanzhu,sizhukong,yangbai;maxillary neuralgia with guanliao,yingxiang;mandibular pain with chengjiang,dicang,jiache.After manipulation and arrival of qi,connected xiaguan with macthing acupoint of the pain branch by the KWD-808 ? electroacupuncture apparatus,Selects the dense wave,and the Frequency of 75 hz,The strength of the electroacupuncture,with patients to withstand advisable.Control group treated with electric acupuncture needle,do not use wrist ankle acupuncture.Treatment once a day,40 minutes at a time,7 times in a period of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.Two groups of patients were given carbamazepine oral,the first dose of 0.1 g,2 times daily,after the daily increase of 0.1 g should not exceed the maximum(1.0 g/d),if pain relief or stopped,can gradually reduce the dosage,or withdrawal,constant pain of patients,to determine the minimum effective dose as a maintenance dose,and for two weeks.In before and after the treatment,VAS score record for each patient,pain symptoms integral change,as well as the patients daily oral doses,carbamazepine arnd record the observation indexes and clinical curative effect,applying SPSS22.0 statistical software for various data statistical analysis,gender,lesion side don't and nerve lesion in patients with X2 test,the clinical course of patients,age application independent sample t-test,VAS score,two groups of patients pain symptoms integral,and after the treatment of CBZ dose t test statistical method respectively,P<0.05,said has significant difference,P<0.01,has extremely significant difference.Results:(1)VAS score comparison between the two groups before treatment,the independent sample t test,P>0.05,no statistical significance,compared two groups before and after treatment respectively,after statistics processing,VAS score were extremely significant differences(P<0.01),VAS score significantly lower than before treatment after treatment.VAS score after treatment,two groups of patients compared to the application of independent sample t test,P<0.05,there is significant difference,the treatment group reduced VAS score is better than that of control group,treatment group can obviously improve the patient's pain symptoms,relieve pain,improve the clinical curative effect;(2)After treatment,two groups of patients,compared to the average doses of oral CBZ after statistics processing,P<0.05,there is significant difference,the treatment group patients with oral CBZ,on average,significantly reduce the dose of drug,is better than that of control group,suggests that the treatment group can significantly reduce drug dosage,reduce side effects.The number of treatment group and control group by drugs compared with the number of drug withdrawal,after statistics processing,P<0.05,there is significant difference,the number and the number of drug withdrawal treatment group by drugs than the control group.On two groups of patients with the ratio of drug and drug withdrawal rate comparison,after statistics processing,P<0.05,there is significant difference,the treatment group can significantly reduce the amount of drugs,is better than that of control group,suggests that the treatment group can obviously reduce the dosage of drugs and reduce patient pain patients discontinued;(3)pain symptoms integral comparison between the two groups before treatment,the application of independent sample t-test,no statistical significance(P>0.05),compared two groups before and after the treatment of pain symptoms integral,after statistics processing,P<0.01,suggesting that there is a very significant difference,after treatment to reduce pain symptoms integral is significantly lower than before treatment.After treatment,compared with the control group,the application of independent sample t test,P<0.05,with significant difference.The treatment group is better than that in control group in reducing pain symptoms integral,indicated that the treatment group can obviously reduce pain in patients with symptoms,improve curative effect,reduce the patients'pain,improve patient quality of life.(4)the two groups after treatment of trigeminal neuralgia patients all have varying degrees of ease,the treatment group markedly effective rate was 83.3%,the control group markedly effective rate was 23,3%,after statistics processing,P<0.05,there is significant difference.The treatment group effective rate was 96.7%,the control effectiveness 76.7%,after statistics processing,P<0.01,has extremely significant difference.Wrist ankle needle combined with cupping treatment group is better than that of pure electric acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.The two groups for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia were effective,wrist ankle acupuncture combined with acusector therapy of primary trigeminal neuralgia effect is better.2.wrist ankle acupuncture combined with acusector can significantly improve the VAS score in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia,pain symptoms integral,this method can significantly reduce the CBZ oral dose,improve the patient's daily life,worthy of clinical promotion.
