| Objective:Comparison of fresh camel milk and fermented camel milk amino acid content of the different.Using HPLC metabonomics determination of taking in different concentration of fermented camel milk serum amino acid metabolism in diabetic rats spectrum,to explore the effect of camel milk on diabetes.Methods:Diabetic rats were given fresh camel milk,fermented camel milk in high dose,low,and Sig Redding,the determination of free amino acids content in serum after 4weeks by HPLC.Results: Compared with the normal group,the model group,serum free Leu,Phe content increased significantly(P < 0.01),Thr,Tyr content decreased significantly(P < 0.01).The content of serum free Leu,Phe dose group of fermented camel milk was significantly lower(P < 0.05),Gly,Arg content increased significantly(P < 0.05).Fermented camel milk serum free Arg content in high dose group increased significantly(P < 0.05).Positive drug sitagliptin group serum free Leu content was significantly decreased(P < 0.01),Gly,Arg,Leu and isoleucine content increased significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion: There were remarkable variation in amino acid metabolism in diabetic rats compared to the normal rat serum,while taking the fermented camel milk can regulate the disorder Phenomenon,which provides a basis for further discussion on the control mechanism of fermented camel milk on diabetes. |
