The Study On Core Connotation Of Strengthening Yang Therapy On The Initial Construction Of Related Medical Record Database

ObjectiveThis study aims at offering reference to explain the core connotation of therapies of the strengthening Yang academic thought,through the collection of strengthening Yang records,the initial construction of the medical record database,and the subsequent statistical analysis,data mining and interpretation.MethodAs an exploratory research,this study adopts qualitative research and quantitative research methods of combining.The concrete content includes:?According to the purpose of this study,combined with the existing related theoretical basis of strengthening Yang,the researchers use the method of content analysis,systematic collection to analyze the professional knowledge on the treatment of strengthening Yang in periodicals of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,to some extent,we can make clear the application rule of strengthening Yang treatment,for the sake of the preliminary theoretical basis by next step to construct a database;?According to the requirements of the evaluation of diagnosis and treatment of clinical trials,collecting and sorting medical material,structuring medical data,building the strengthening Yang medical database;Under full attention and refinement of the features and elements of three aspects,such as object,intervention and effect,retrospective case group watch is carried on.Factors affecting the curative effect should be comprehensively recorded to provide an objective test reference for the guide of individualized medication,and the further optimization of diagnosis and treatment plan of identification.?Taking roots of prescriptions(drug combinations of 3 or less)as the center,carry on statistics and data mining on the key information,such as indications,dosage and proportion(absolute,maximum,minimum,average,,standard deviation)of drugs and combinations;?Based on the above results,verify the inherent structure of core treatment,to answer whether the proposal of warming Yang,restraining hyperactivity of Yang,activating Yang and salvage Yang is reasonable,and the relation and distinction between the typical prescriptions,drugs and indications.ResultAlltogether 705 effective cases of strengthening Yang were collected in this study,among which there are 188 cases(41.78%)of warming Yang,134 cases(29.78%)of activating Yang,128 cases(28.44%)of restraining hyperactivity of Yang.Logistic regression analysis showed that:the characteristic performance on warming Yang method includes middle-aged male,aversion to cold,inability to concentrate attention,cold lower limbs,overmuch stool frequency,frequent urination,memory loss,slow pulse;the characteristic performance on activating Yang includes middle-aged female,severity of symptom during menstrual period,knee pain,headaches,neck and back pain,fever on foot,dreams,thick fur;the characteristic performance on restraining hyperactivity of Yang method includes middle-aged female,bitter taste,restless sleep or early awakening and dark tongue.ConclusionThis study discovered some remarkable clinical characteristics through qualitative data mining on the retrospective clinical records.The statistical analysis results can be applied to clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions.
