Breast cancer is one of the world's most common malignancy of women, the mortality rate of breast cancer has ranked second in female malignant tumors.Mortality of breast cancer is largely attributed to transferred.Because most chemotherapy used in the treatment of breast cancer can not cross an intact BBB,they may not reach sufficient therapeutic levels to treat brain metastases, which make the chemotherapy treatment of brain metastases from breast cancer has become a major difficulty to be tackled for the scholars.A high incidence and poor prognosis, has become a serious factor in patients with breast cancer brain metastases in quality of life and survival. The current study shows that about 10%-40% of patients with malignant tumors will eventually occur intracranial metastases. In the most common brain metastases of malignant breast cancer ranks second, the incidence rate was 10%-15%.Brain metastases can be single or multiple, multiple common about 2/3,and single rare about 1/3.About 80% of brain metastases occur in the cerebral hemisphere, probably because of vascular branches in the cerebral cortex and medulla junction is relatively narrow, resulting in metastasis often occurs here.Nowadays, with the development of systemic therapy for the treatment of breast cancer, the incidence of brain metastases(BM)from breast cancer is gradually increasing. The median survival time for patients with brain metastasis of breast cancer is 2-14 months. Therefore,it is become more and more important for clinicians to understand and master the risk factors of the disease and its impact on the incidence of the disease.Especially through the effective therapy to reduce the related problems after the brain metastases.
