Currently,there are 17 million people each ye ar die of cardiovascular disease,more than half died of acute myocardial infarction.In recent years,the incidence of myocardial infarction also increased year by year,it has become one of the major diseases that endanger people's health.Medicine confirmed that coronary occlusion within the first two hours of the fastest necrosis of myocardial cells during the 2-6 hour cell necrosis continued,but slow down,speed 6-12 hours necrosis has been significantly slowed,and thus for acute myocardial infarctio n patients,"time is muscle,time is life." timely reperfusion therapy can undoubtedly save myocardial infarction,thus reducing infarct size,reduce mortality and improve the prognosis.Reperfusion resort has thrombolytic therapy,percutaneous coronary intervention and so on.But in recent years as the reperfusion strategy for in-depth study,with many emerging awareness and found that even in patients with acute myocardial infarction,early reperfusion therapy,the mortality rate remains high,hospital mo rtality rate of about 6% to about 14 %between.Myocardial reperfusion process can be induced myocardial cell death,a program called "reperfusion injury" concept surfaced.Previous attempts to reduce the treatment of reperfusion injury(antioxidants,calcium channel blockers,and anti-inflammatory cytokine)clinical,without success.Some used to improve myocardial reperfusion injury treatment strategies pathophysiological processes(ischemic conditioning,remote ischemic preconditioning,hypothermia,hypoxia),and pharmacology(atrial natriuretic factor,cyclosporin A,and Ai plug exenatide),it is conducting a preliminary clinical study.This article summarizes recent reperfusion strategy and new ideas during reperfusion injury new understanding,provide a viable theoretical basis for clinical,thereby improving the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction.
