As the advancing of the city industrialization,the industrial production have acquired unprecedented opportunities for development,but exposing the problems of pollution,including the problem of ecological pollution paid close attention to.Nature of the energy cycle system has been destroyed,a large-scale pollution in the extinction of some species,but also endanger the safety of their own humanity.Depletion of ozone leads to the increase of Ultraviolet-B radiation on the surface of the Earth.The destruction of the ozone layer causes the injury to the human body of ultraviolet ray greater and greater.So the anti-ultraviolet clothes are paid more and more attention.If the concentration of ozone in the atmosphere is reduced by1%,will lead to the surface of the ultraviolet radiation increased 2%~3%,the probability of human skin cancer increased by 3%,which shows that the skin has the risk of skin cancer in contact with plenty of ultraviolet light.Due to ultraviolet radiation to reach the earth's surface,the human living environment is constantly being destroyed by light pollution,the incidence of malignant melanoma in recent years is also increasing year by year.Malignant melanoma is the deadliest of skin cancers and is thought to be caused by short periods of intensive sun exposure.Radiotherapy is one of the main methods for the treatment of malignant melanoma.The dose of radiation and electron beam entering the human body is in exponential decay with the increase of depth,and it has a certain effect on the tumor and normal tissue around.Because the dose distribution of heavy ions has the Bragg peak,it is an ideal way to protect the surrounding healthy tissue,which can be concentrated in the area of the tumor,it effectively protect the surrounding healthy tissue as a kind of ideal radiation therapy.The purpose of this study was to Through the heavy ion and X-ray irradiation of malignant melanoma in B16F10 mice,From In vivo and in vitro,by the methods of cell cloning,apoptosis flow cytometry,immunohistochemistry and other methods were compared,analysis ofmalignant melanoma in accept change high LET and low LET cell proliferation,apoptosis,invasion of the invasion.To investigate the mechanism of heavy ion in the treatment of malignant melanoma.The results suggested that,environment deterioration affect life of people,the ozone layer appears more and more large holes with the increasing environmental pollution,a large number of ultraviolet expose to the surface of earth through the holes,and affect human health seriously.And increased incidence of malignant melanoma.This experiment from three aspects of cell apoptosis,proliferation,invasion compare the sensitivity difference in radiosensitivity of the dark cells to high LET(heavy ion beam)and low LET(X-ray)and the mechanism of their biological effects,which provides the foundation data and the theoretical basis for develop a more reasonable treatment plan for heavy ion beam.
