| Objects:The project uses Schizophrenia patients with the first onset as the research object,and bases on traditional Chinese medicine's therapeutic principle of "resolving phlegm and invigorating blood and qi circulation +regulating the mind",1t innovates the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,to carry out the clinical research and related mechanism discussion of Chinese medicine "combination" therapy(oral Da Er Kang capsules and Shen An Wan)in the treatment of schizophrenia.,To determine the clinical effects of the therapy in the treatment of schizophrenia and the therapy of mental split disease curative effect evaluation and comparative analysis of influence on,sleep quality,exploring the relationship between schizophrenia clinical efficacy and quality of sleep improvement.Methods:Using large sample,randomized controlled medical research model,randomly selected 240 Schizophrenia patients with the first onset as the research object in hospital,and randomly divided into 3 groups,namely,single drug group,combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine group.Single drug group were treated with oral administration of Da er kang capsules,3 times a day,each 8 tablets;combination of traditional Chinese medicine and medication group were treated with oral administration of Da er kang capsules while taking Shen an wan,3 times a day,every 30 pills;western medicine group was treated with oral risperidone tablets,began to dose of 2mg/D,2 times service,7 days increased to 6.The total course of treatment was 8 weeks,and the improvement of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia patients and the improvement of sleep disorder were observed in the treatment group.The CGI,BPRS,SANS and PSQI scales were used to score;and the TESS scale was assessed at the same time.Result:1.Each group after treatment,the amount of CGI score results display,single drug group total efficiency was 76.25%,combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group total effective rate was 88.75%,western medicine group total effective rate for 66.25%,before the two groups compared with the western medicine group,statistically with significant difference(P<0.01).2.After treatment in each group,the BPRS and SANS scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05)before and after treatment,and the scores of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the treatment group were significantly different.3.Each group after treatment PSQI score results showed that the total efficiency of the single drug group improvement in sleep disturbance was 32.50%,combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was 88.75%,western medicine group was 17.50%,before the two groups compared with the western medicine group,statistically with significant difference(P<0.01).PSQI score in the indicators and total score,before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05),which combined drug group PSQI score was significantly lower than western medicine group.4.In each group after treatment,the Tess scale showed that single drug group and combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were compared with the western medicine group,statistically with significant difference(P<0.05),which combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group side effects occur rate is the lowest.Conclusions:The clinical effect of Chinese medicine "combined medication" in the treatment of schizophrenia is exact,and the evaluation of the efficacy of schizophrenia is positively related to the improvement of sleep disorder. |
