Study On Experience Of Professor Duanfujin Therpying Goiter

Goiter is a typal clinical desease,it’s symptom indicates the bulk swollen agglomeration on both aides of the Adam apple in the front of the neck.It mainly due to non-acclimatization and emotional internal injuries.Qi stagnation,phlegm,blood stasis of throat are its main pathogenesis.This retrospective clinical study is under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory.It uses the method of observation,comparison on clinical basis and then summarize and analyze the experience and academic thought of Professor Duan Fujin on goiter treatment.First,make study on ancient literature to summarize different understanding of the name,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment methods of goiter.Provide theory basis for collate and summarize the treatment experience of Professor Duan.Secondly,make modern literature studies of goiter to summarizes modern research on theory and clinic.Make a summary of Professor Duan’s clinical experience and academic thought by analyzing presciption of syndrome differentiation of 204 cases of goiter.1.Liver depression and qi stagnation,and phlegm cohere:Based prescriptions to Chai Hu Shu Gan Powder.2.Prosperity of hepatic fire:Based prescriptions to Dan Zhi Xiao Yao Powder and Xiao Luo Pill.3.Hepatic depression and blood deficiency,and stagnant qi and phlegm cohere:Based prescriptions to Xiao Yao Powder,Xiao Luo Pill and Ban Xia Hou PO decotion.4.Phlegm retention with blood stasis:Based prescriptions to Hai Zao Yu Hu decotion.5.Liver-Kidney Yin deficiency:Based prescriptions to Yi Guan Jian.6.Spleen deficienly and phlegm-damp retention:Based prescriptions to Liu Jun Zi decotion.7.External invaded wind-heat syndrome:Based prescriptions to Yin Qiao Powder.This study describes the experience and clinical medicine characteristics of Professor Duan Fujin’s goiter treatment.And make futher study of Professor Duan’s dialectical thought and method on treatment of goiter.It provides some reference value on inheriting and developing academic ideas of the prominent troditional Chinese medicine doctors and clinical experience.
