Studies On Pharmacological Effects Of Chemical Separation Compositions And Flavours Ownership Of Epimedium

Objective:According to the main effect and clinical indications of Epimedium to establish the corresponding pharmacological evaluation index,this paper is to study pharmacological effects of chemical separation compositions of Epimedium,discuss the correlation of different flavours and different chemical separation compositios,confirm the flavours ownership of chemical separation compositions of Epimedium,clarify the material basis and the efficacies of the flavours of Epimedium,validate the objective of new medicinal flavor theory hypothesis "Flavours are associated with the efficacies of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),The material basis of TCM can be separated" to provide a scientific basis for scientific.Methods:According to research CNKI,Wanfang Data,PUBMED data platform and related books on Epimedium,summarize chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and clinical application of the study of Epimedium;By collating all previous dynasties herbal works,sum up the flavours of Epimedium in the history of the development of evolution process;Based on the prophase chemical separation compositions of Epimedium,divided into compositions of water segment,30 segment,95 segment and polysaccharide,use the pharmacological effects related to the nature and flavour and efficacy of Epimedium such as dieresis,anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,anti-rheumatism effects,study the biological effects of chemical separation compositions of Epimedium:From TCM and modern scientific point of view,use modern mathematical statistics method combined with literature research and the results of pharmacological research of Epimedium,confirm the flavours ownership of chemical separation compositions of Epimedium.Results:1.By collating all previous dynasties herbal works,the evolution of the flavours of Epimedium had experienced by the original single "pungent" flavour,"sweet" flavour recorded,combined with "pungent,sweet" flavours,rarely appeared "bitter" flavour,and then " bitter”flavour disappeared,which is recorded as "pungent,sweet"two flavours.2.In experimental study of diuresis,compositions of water segment,30 segment and 95 segment can significantly increase the normal rats urine volume and water loaded rats urine volume;In the anti-inflammatory experiments,compositions of water segment,30 segment and 95 segment can significantly reduce the mice ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene,compositions of all,water segment,30 segment and 95 segment significantly reduce rats foot swelling caused by egg white;In the immune regulation experiments,compositions of all,water segment and polysaccharide can significantly increase normal rats spleen index and thymus index,also can significantly decrease the mice spleen index,thymus index,ear swelling and IL-2,IL-4 content of serum caused by DNFB inducing delayed-type hypersensitivity,compositions of all can significantly reduce the normal mice expurgation index and spleen index,compositions of all and polysaccharide can significantly increase expurgation index,phagocytic index,spleen index,thymus index of the immunosuppressive mice caused by cyclophosphamide,compositions of water segment can significantly increase phagocytic index of the immunosuppressive mice caused by cyclophosphamide,compositions of all and water segment,30 segment,polysaccharide can obviously inhibit mouse lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA,compositions of all and polysaccharides can significantly reduce the sheep erythrocyte haemolysin;In the anti rheumatic experiment,the order of compositions of all and each chemical separation of Epimedium paw swelling of rats inhibited is all>30 segment>water segment>polysaccharide>95 segment,compositions of all and 30 segment can significantly reduce IL-1?,IL-6,TNF-a content of serum of rat model of rheumatic,thereinto,compositions of all also can significantly reduce IL-8 content of serum of rat model of rheumatic,compositions of 95 segment can significantly reduce IL-6 and IL-8 content of serum of rat model of rheumatism,compositions of all,30 segment and 95 segment can significantly improve pathological state of synovium of joint of rat model of rheumatism.3.Inferred from the perspective of TCM and modern science,the diuresis effect,the anti-inflammatory effect may reflect the function of the "pungent,sweet" compound flavours,the immunomodulatory effect may be functional expression of the "sweet" flavour,the anti rheumatism effect may be the embodiment of the function of the "pungent,sweet" flavours;Combined with pharmacological experiment results show that,compositions of water segment and polysaccharide are one class,thereinto compositions of water segment is related to the diuresis,anti-inflammatory,and polysaccharide is related to immune regulation effects;compositions of 30 segment and 95 segment are one class,witch is related to the diuresis,anti-inflammatory and anti rheumatism effects.Conclusions:1.According to textual research of previous dynasties herbal works,Epimedium give priority to with "pungent,sweet" flavours,rarely recorded in the "bitter" flavour.2.Each chemical separation compositions of Epimedium,compositions of water segment,30 segment and 95 segment have dieresis,anti-inflammatory effects;compositions of water segment,polysaccharide have immunomodulatory effects;compositions of 30 segment,95 segment have the effect of anti rheumatism.3.The dieresis and anti-inflammatory effects of Epimedium is the functional expression of the "pungent and sweet" compound flavors.The immunomodulatory effect is the functional expression of the "sweet" flavor.The anti rheumatism effect is the function of"pungent" flavor.The material basis of the "pungent" flavor of is the compositions of 30 segment and 95 segment,namely flavonoids compounds;the material basis of the "sweet" flavor is compositions of water segment and polysaccharide,namely alkaloids,lignin and polysaccharide compounds.
