The Clincal Study Of Yanhuangxiaoxintong Capsule To Improve Exercise Tolerance In Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris(Syndrome Of Static Blood Blocking Collaterals)

Objective:To observe the extension of Yanhuangxiaoxintong Capsule in treating coronary heart disease angina(syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals)the clinical curative effect and evaluation for coronary heart disease angina(syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals)patients after treatment are resistant to the effects of volume and Duke score improvement.Methods:By using the method of randomized double-blind placebo-controlled clinical observation of the patients,selected into the 80 standard cases of stable angina pectoris,after 2 weeks after the introduction period,divided into experimental group and control group,treatment for 10 weeks before entering.Test group:Yan Huang Xiaoxintong Capsule,3 capsules each time,3 times a day,orally,the control group:Yan Huang Xiaoxintong Capsule simulation agent,3 tablets each time,3 times a day,oral.Observe the treadmill exercise test before and after treatment in two groups of indicators(total exercise time,maximum load,exercise induced ST segment depression 0.1mv time,exercise induced exercise induced ST segment depression 0.1 mv exercise,the ST segment decreased,ST segment depression for maximum load time,heart rate),angina pectoris(attack frequency,duration and degree of pain),nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,index and TCM syndrome integral safety(blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function)changes.Results:Yanhuangxiaoxintong Capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris(syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals),for patients with exercise tolerance improved,the remission of the symptoms,angina pectoris scores decreased,the improvement in grading the severity of angina pectoris,nitroglycerin stop minus the rate of,treatment group was superior to that in the control group;TCM syndrome,such as chest pain,chest pain,palpitations not Ning,face,lips purple dark,tongue,pulse and symptoms remission treatment group curative effect is obviously superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Yanhuangxiaoxintong Capsule can improve exercise in patients with coronary heart disease with stable type angina pectoris(syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals)tolerance and prolong the movement time and the patient's cardiac reserve ability is improved.2.Yanhuangxiaoxintong Capsule can alleviate coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals)in patients with angina pectoris,reduce the number of episodes of angina pectoris and shortened the seizure duration,reduce episodes of pain degree and decreasing of nitroglycerin consumption.3.The drug can improve coronary heart disease with stable angina(syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals)curative effect of TCM syndrome patients.
