Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the negative potential therapeutic apparatus for the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina(heart blood stasis syndrome). Methods: According to the inclusive criteria,60 patients(35 to 70 years old)who met the diagnostic criteria of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD.)were selected and randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and observation group(n = 30).The control group was given standardized treatment of western medicine, the observation group was treated with negative electric field therapy instrument on the basis of the control group(low voltage dc electrostatic therapy + biological electronic acupuncture meridian entry points to choose acupuncture point:Neiguan points?Danzhong point?Xinshu point?Geshu point.voltage selection:-30 v.Once a day,60 minutes at a time)Other complications such as hypertension and diabetes were treated in both groups. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. The severity of angina pectoris,TCM symptom score and electrocardiogram were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The change of the stopping rate of nitroglycerin and the routine monitoring of adverse reaction index. The results were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Results:1.Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in age, sex, angina pectoris score, angina pectoris score and TCM syndrome score by statistical method, indicating that the two groups had good comparability before treatment.2.In the effect of angina pectoris symptom, the total effective rate of the observation group was 80.00 percent, the total effective rate of the control group was percent, the observation group was superior to the control group(p < 0.05.),the total score of angina pectoris of the two groups was higher than that of the control group after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group. After t test,(p < 0.05),there was statistical significance.3.Compared with the overall curative effect of TCM symptoms, the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67 percent, the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00 percent. The observation group was superior to the control group(p < 0.05),which had statistical significance;the total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups after treatment was better than that in the control group, and the degree of decline in the observation group was better than that in the control group. After t test,(p < 0.05),there was statistical significance.4.Compared with the electrocardiogram, the total effective rate of the observation group was 80.00 percent, the total effective rate of the control group was 50.00 percent, the observation group was superior to the control group(p < 0.05).5.The stopping and decreasing rate of nitroglycerin was 86.6 percent in the treatment group and 63.33 percent in the control group, which was better than that in the control group(p < 0.05).6.The two groups had no obvious adverse reactions in the whole treatment cycle and after treatment, with good safety and tolerability.Conclusion:1.The clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD)can be effectively improved and the clinical curative effect can be improved by the treatment of acupoint differentiation with negative electric field therapy instrument combined with routine western medicine.2.It is safe to treat stable angina pectoris with negative electric field therapy instrument.
