Fengxiaozouxie Method To Iimprove The Hot Phlegm Wet Stasis Type IGT In Rats Experimental Study Of Glucolipid Metabolism

Purpose:To build a "wet phlegm stasis hot" type IGT rats model,symptomatology in traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine diagnostic criteria for the different aspects such as laboratory evaluation.In model rats as the research object,the science of seasonal febrile diseases in traditional Chinese medicine to give away go drainage method on behalf of wendan tang prescriptions andhuayu wendan tang to intervene,probe into its glucolipid metabolism in rats in improving model of pharmacological effects,provide experimental basis for clinical application.Methods:SPF level SD male rats were randomly divided into high fat feedstuff group and the blank control group,were fed with 45%fat heat high fat feed and 10%fat heat ordinary feed,for 20 w.Building after a successful high lipid group rats were randomly divided into model control group,wendan tang group,thehuayu wendan tang group and blank control group.Among them,the blank control group,model control group given distilled water 10 ml/kg by gastric volume,wendan tang group andhuayu wendan tang(wendan tang group(6.18 g/kg),huayu wendan tang group(11.25 g/kg))to fill the stomach to the corresponding compound decoction,with volume,once,for 4 weeks.Building during and after dosing with general weighing method for rat body weight,abdominal fat weight,automatic glucose meter detection rats fasting plasma glucose,postprandial blood sugar change,biochemical method to detect triglyceride,total cholesterol levels in rats,enzyme-linked immunoassay detection of each group rats free fatty acid value,whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte deformation detection rats hemorheology indexes.Res ults:Compared with blank control group,high-fat feed group rats 2 h blood sugar levels after meals,FINS,6,body length,Lee 's index is higher than the blank control group(P<0.05),and there is weight gain obvious,wound healing slowly,the blood color,dark,sticky,mainland spoiled rotten,soft,poor spirit(activity)typical symptoms "wet phlegm stasis heat".4 weeks after the treatment,compared with model control group,wendan tang group andhuayu wendan tang can decrease the model rat body weight,Lee's index,postprandial blood sugar(P<0.05),enhance disease rat red blood cell deformation ability,decrease whole blood viscosity(P<0.05).Among them,compared withhuayu wendan tang,wendan tang showed to inhibit the action of the department of IGT rat's abdomen adipose accumulation(P<0.05).Conclusion:45%fat calories than 20 w,feed rats can be copied with the traditional Chinese medicine "wet phlegm stasis hot" symptoms of model rats model.The experiment results show that by reducing weight,postprandial blood sugar,reduce tissue and serum FFA,TC,TG values,enhance disease rat red blood cell deformation ability,decrease whole blood viscosity uniform go drain elimination method can improve the IGT rats with insulin resistance,abdominal obesity,improve its glucolipid metabolic disorders,abnormal blood rheology.Department of wendan tang in reducing model rat's abdomen fat accumulation is better than that ofhuayu wendan tang.
