Objective:General surgery as an effective method for clinical treatment has been widely used in the treatment of f multi-tissue organ, tumors, and other diseases. However, due to the multiple effects of the patient's own factors and surgical factors, postoperative acute pulmonary embolism often occurs. The patient suffers more pain and affects the treatment of related diseases. This article is based on 49 cases of acute pulmonary embolism after surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. The clinical manifestations of these patients were analyzed and analyzed to obtain the characteristics that existed,To study the early diagnosis and effective treatment of postoperative pulmonary embolism in Department of general surgery, which can provide assistance for clinical medical treatment.,improve the diagnosis and treatment effect, improve the prognosis. Methods:A total of 49 patients with acute pulmonary embolism who had undergone postoperative general surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University between July 2006 and July 2016 were studied. The perioperative clinical data of these patients were studied.Analyze and organize the data in the course of treatment of these patients, such as the surgical site, the operation time, and the treatment plan.Based on various research elements, the data were analyzed statistically and the results were finally analyzed. Results:There are 28 males and 21 females.Their average age was 57.21 + 12.87 years. All patients were confirmed by the CTPA.2 patients' family members gave up treatment and left hospital.1 patient died and after treatment 1 patient is invalid, the others recovered.Conclusion:1.The clinical manifestations of acute pulmonary embolism were diverse and nonspecific. For postoperative patients with paroxysmal dyspnea, chest pain, cough, all need to be careful attention, whether screening for acute pulmonary embolism when necessary,in order to reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.2.CTPA is the most direct and sensitive method for diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism. The lower extremity vascular ultrasound, chest radiography, blood gas analysis and D-dimer are value for diagnosis.3.The effect of anticoagulant therapy in patients with non-large area pulmonary embolism was significant.
