Objective:To assess the relationship between the risk of mutiple sclerosis(MS)and the polymorphisms of CD58.Methods:Searching the CNKI?VIP?CBM?WanFang?Pubmed?Cochrane Library?Elsevier ScienceDirect to get all potentially relevant studies that was published before May2017.Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 softword. Results:Finally,we got eight studies,The results showed:there were not difference in the polymorphisms of CD58rs2300747?rs12044852 ?rs12044852 in MS and controls,rs2300747 G decreased risk of MS(OR=0.85,95%CI=0.78-0.94,P=0.0007);rs12044852C increased risk of MS(OR=1.31,95%CI=1.02-1.68,P=0.04);rs1335532 G decreased risk of MS(OR=0.78,95%CI=0.71-0.86,P<0.0001)Conclusion:the polymorphisms of CD58rs12044852?CD58rs2300747?CD58rs1335532 were significantly associated with risk of MS.The rs2300747,G allele may be protective, the rs12044852,C allele may increase the risk of MS,the rs1335532,G may be protective.
