The Correlation Between Hemoglobin Variation And Carotid Atherosclerosis In Patients With CKD3-5

Objective:To study the correlation between hemoglobin variation and carotid atheroscler osis in CKD3-5 patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods:121 cases of patients with chronic renal insufficiency were Collected from 2016 to 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of ShanXi medical university.All these patients were with stage of CKD3-4 or 5 and parallel carotid artery colour to exc eed check,according to the situation of carotid intima-media thickness,divided int o carotid atherosclerosis and carotid sclerosis group,determining the index of bloo d group of subjects,computing hemoglobin variability index.The correlation bioch emical indexes and the variation of hemoglobin were compared between the two groups.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:There were 82 cases of carotid atherosclerosis in 121 patients,with an inciden ce of 67.77%?82/121?.CKD5 phase was higher than that of ckd3-4 and the incid ence of carotid atherosclerosis?P<0.05?.Comparison between carotid atherosclerosi s group and non-carotid atherosclerosis group,LDL-C,ALB,hs-CRP,?₂microglobulin,MAP were statistically significant?P<0.05?.The variation of hemoglobin in the ca rotid atherosclerosis group and the noncarotid atherosclerosis group indicated that t he difference in the standard deviation of HB-SD was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The variation of hemoglobin variation was compared,and the difference betwe en the group 6 was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Analysis of LDL-C,ALB,hs-CR P,?₂microglobulin and MAP were associated with carotid atherosclerosis,hemoglob in variability,hs-CRP,mean arterial pressure,and is related to carotid atherosclerosi s?P<0.05?,the logistic regression analysis,RDW,hs-CRP,Age and high blood press ure is the occurrence of carotid atherosclerosis risk factors for patients with chron ic kidney disease?CKD?.Conclusion:Patients with CKD5 phase were more likely to have hemoglobin fluctuations than those in patients with ckd3-4,and the incidence of carotid therosclerosis was high.The fluctuation of hemoglobin may be positively correlated with carotid athe rosclerosis in patients with ckd3-5,but it may not be an independent risk factor f or carotid atherosclerosis.
