Objective:To study the application value of clinical efficacy of surgical resection and postoperative combined pressure in treating ear keloids.Methods:A computer search is conducted to search the medical databases such as Cochrane Library,Pubmed,CNKI,Ovid,Spinger with the keywords "ear keloid","surgical resection","pressure treatment".To search for the Chinese and English literature on the clinical effect of surgical resection and postoperative combined with pressure for the treatment of ear keloids which published in December 2017,and to select the literature of randomized controlled trial(RCT)for the treatment of ear keloid.The experimental group is treated with postoperative pressure,and the control group is treated with surgical resection.The recovery rate,effective rate,invalid rate,total effective rate,recurrence rate,incidence of complications,published bias and sensitivity are analyzed by Meta with the help of RevMan5.3 software.Results:In these 8 articles,we can know that it is statistically significant to reveal the difference in recovery rate(OR=2.43,95%CI=[1.77,3.34],P < 0.00001),and the postoperative pressure group is better than the surgical resection group in the recovery rate.There is no obvious difference in effective rate(OR=0.83,95%CI=[0.59,1.17],P=0.30).It is statistically significant to the difference in invalid rate(OR=0.18,95%CI=[0.10,0.31],P<0.00001),the invalid rate of postoperative pressure group is lower than the surgical resection group.It is statistically significant to reveal the difference in total effective rate(OR=5.57,95%CI=[3.18,9.77],P<0.00001),the total effective rate of the postoperative pressure group is better than the surgical resection group.It is statistically significant to reveal the difference in recurrence rate(OR=0.17,95%CI=[0.09,0.33],P<0.00001),the recurrence rate of the postoperative pressure group is lower than the surgical resection group.There is no obvious difference in the incidence of complications(OR=0.38,95%CI=[0.13,1.14],P=0.08).Each point in the funnel diagram is basically symmetrical,and the introduction of the selected articles is not biased.The results obtained through the review of the RevMan 5.3 analysis to obtain the selected documents are more reliable.Conclusion:Surgical resection combined with postoperative pressure therapy can improve the recovery rate,total effective rate,reduce the invalid rate,recurrence rate of ear keloid,it also can improve the effect of treatment.It is a simple,easy,convenient way to be accepted by patients.It is a good method for the treatment of ear keloids and it can spread in clinic.
