Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Surgical Treatment Combined With Superficial X Ray For Keloid

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of surgery combined with superficial X-ray radiotherapy for keloid.MethodsWe registered 43 inpatient and 83 outpatient patients with 144 lesions from 2013 to 2015 in the Institute of Dermatology,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.There were 139 lesions(Only the largest lesion can be accounted in the multiple keloids patients)included in the curative effect of statistics.All the patients received radiotherapy after operation.According to the darzi' standard,the curative effect of keloid was classified into cure?excellent and recurrence.The statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS software(Version 17.0).ResultsThe whole group of 139 keloid lesions were treated with X-ray radiation after surgery,48 cases were cured(34.53%),excellent in 56 cases(40.29%),35 cases of keloid lesions were recurrenced(25.18%).The curative effect are related to the lesion location(P=0.006),the cure rate of earlobe keloids is higher than the shoulder chest and back group and other parts group.Conclusions1.Surgery combined with superficial X-ray radiation therapy can effectively reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.2.The cure rate of ear keloids was higher than that of shoulder,chest,back keloids and other parts keloids.
