One Case Of Treatment Of Keloid In Perineal Area

1.PurposeTo discuss the formation of early stage keloid in perineal region,sum up the standard of diagnosis and the type of the disease in brief outline,meanwhile to discuss the prevention and cure of keloid recurrence.And then to discuss the rare long-term complications of the keloid—scar cancer by reviewing the recent related literature at home and abroad.2.MethodFirstly using surgical removal of the keloid in perineal region,multiple injection hormone(triamcinolone acetonide)into the keloid used during post-operation,bind up the early stage wound locality with hyper pressure at the same term.3.ResultAfter 1 year treatment,the local engorged blood vessels and early stage keloid disappeared,local perineal skin get well recovery,the hair grew normally.After 5 years follow-up,the keloid does not recur,the patient feel satisfied about the effectiveness.4.ConclusionLocal hormone injection combined with pressure therapy shows good effective for the treatment of perineal early stage keloid,without local recurrence,less side effects,provide new thinking of perineal early stage keloid treatment.
