Objective:To explore of epidural labor analgesia effects on labor stage, umbilical cord blood gas values and placental circulation. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,67 primiparas were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two group based on the principles of voluntary maternal analgesia. There were 37 cases who chose epidural labor analgesia, and 30 cases did not choose analgesia. When the analgesic group was extended to 3cm,the L3-4 space was punctured and inserted into the catheter.Draw umbilical cord arterial and venous blood3 milliliter for blood-gas analysis after birth from two groups, and the results were recorded. The 1min Apgar score, the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the newborn body were recorded after the delivery of the puerpera.A centrifuge separates plasma the cord arterial blood, and methods ANP ET-1 levels in plasma were determined with enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA).SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results:In the end, only 61 people were included in the final analysis for various reasons, including 25 in non analgesic group and 36 in analgesic group. Two groups of umbilical artery and venous blood gas analysis indicators were in the normal range. The Lac value of umbilical artery lactate in the analgesia group was significantly lower than that in the non analgesia group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant..The levels of ANP and ET-1 in the umbilical artery blood were all high, the difference was not statistically significant, but there was a positive correlation between the two. Conclusion:Epidural labor analgesia is safe and feasible. It has no significant effect on umbilical artery and venous blood gas analysis and umbilical artery blood ATP and ET-1,and can reduce the possibility of neonatal acidosis..The circulation of placenta is complex, and there are positive feedback mechanisms of ANP and ET-1 in umbilical artery. But the specific mechanism and effects are yet to be confirmed by a large number of samples.
