A Brief Analysis Of The Rules Of Internal Treatment Of Eczema Based On The Medical Records Of Famous Old Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Purpose:Through collecting and sorting out cases of famous and old TCM doctors,this paper analyzes the law of medicine use for treating Eczema by internal treatment,and provides some theoretical reference and thinking for clinical medicine use.Material and method:The list of “Instructors of academic experience inheritance work of Chinese traditional medicine experts of old age”as well as “Decision on taking urgent measures to carry out academic experience inheritance work of Chinese traditional medicine experts of old age”and “National Regulations on the administration of academic experience inheritance work of Chinese traditional medicine experts of old age(for trial implementation)”were used as the standards for Chinese traditional medicine experts of old age.In CNKI,Wanfang database and wipnet database,the key words are “ECZEMA”,“Wet sore”,“Immersion sore”,“Blood wind sore”,“Four Bend Wind”,“Kidney cyst wind”,“Spiral ear sore”and the names of the above-mentioned old Chinese medicine doctors,and the establishment of inclusion,exclusion criteria,screening out old Chinese medical treatment of Eczema medical records,database.Starting from the syndrome elements(including the nature and location of the disease),Tcm Syndrome types,therapeutic principles,classification of internal treatment drugs,drug properties,drug taste and channel Tropism,frequency analysis and cluster analysis were carried out by statistical methods,to explore the famous old Chinese medicine treatment of Eczema Law.Results:1.A total of 110 cases of old Chinese medicine were screened out.2.In this study,20 kinds of syndrome elements were obtained,including 8 kinds of disease location syndrome elements,the frequency from high to low was spleen(37.93%),liver(17.24%),skin(13.80%),skin(10.34%),lung and gall bladder(6.90%),heart and stomach(3.45%),the frequency of 12 kinds of syndrome elements was wet(28.00%),hot(23.33%),wind(12.67%),blood deficiency(8.00%),dryness(8.00%),blood stasis(4.00%),QI deficiency(4.00%),QI stagnation(4.00%),poison(4.00%),cold(2.00%),fire(1.33%)and yang deficiency(0.67%).Of the 110 medical cases in this study,dampness-heat Syndrome was the most(55.36%),followed by yin-deficiency and blood-dryness syndrome(18.18%),and spleen-deficiency and dampness-accumulation syndrome(16.36%)The percentage of wind-heat Retention Syndrome,Yang Deficiency Syndrome and wind-cold syndrome were4.55%,2.72% and 1.82% respectively.In this group,Qufeng Zhiyang,qingre Lishi,Qingre Jiedu,Jianpi Lishi,Yangxue Runzao were the most,accounting for 82.61% of the top 10.In this study,202 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were counted,1552 times.The top ten kinds of medicine were Poria Cocos,liquorice,CORTEX dictamni,Rehmannia root,Sophora flavescens Ait,coix lachryma-jobi,Angelica Sinensis,Saposhnikovia DIVARICATA and CICADA Slough.The results of drug classification showed that the frequency of use of heat-clearing drugs was the highest in this study,479 times,followed by 268 times and 207times.3.A total of 41 high-frequency Chinese medicines were used in this study,which were more than or equal to 10.The frequency of cold drug was 56.09%,the frequency of temperature was 29.27%,the frequency of flat drug was 12.20% and the frequency of cool drug was2.44%.Sweet and bitter taste were the main taste,the frequency of use were 33.85% and32.31%,pungent taste was the second,the frequency of use was 20.00%,salty taste and light taste were 6.15% and 3.08%,respectively.The frequency of the liver Meridian was 18.92%,the lung meridian was 14.41%,the heart meridian and the spleen meridian were 13.51%,the stomach meridian was 11.71%,the bladder meridian was 9.01% and the kidney meridian was8.11%,the frequency of Gallbladder Meridian and small intestine Meridian were 3.60%,large intestine meridian was 2.70%,pericardium meridian and triple warmer meridian were0.90%.The frequency of use of antipyretic was the highest(34.15%),followed by diuresis and dampness infiltration(17.07%),antipyretic was the second(14.63%),and tonic was the second(9.76%).4.Through the cluster analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese Medicine,15combinations of drugs,were: Hawthorn,Shenqu;Red Peony,Radix Scrophulariae;Gardenia,Radix Bupleuri;Radix Saposhnikoviae,Herba Schizonepetae;Angelica Sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong;Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,Herba Taraxaci;CORTEX Dictamnus Dasycarpus,Fructus Kochiae;Cortex Moutan,Radix Arnebiae;Herba Artemisiae Officinalis;Scutellaria,Coptis;Cicada exuviate,Zaocys;Coix lacryma-jobi,honeysuckle;atractylodes Rhizome,Cortex Phellodendri;Rhizoma Alismatis,Rhizoma Atractylodis;Poria Cocos,Talc.The potential new prescriptions C 1: Hawthorn,Koji,Malt,Red Peony Root,figwort;C 2:Gardenia,Bupleurum,Saposhnikovia,Schizonepeta,Caltrop,Caltrop,Angelica,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rehmannii;C3: Bitter Ginseng,Dandelion,Forsythia,Cortex PRZEWALSKII,cortex Alba,radix angelicae sinensis,radix cinnamomi;C4: Herba Artemisiae pubescens,Radix scutellariae,radix scutellariae,CICADA,castanopsis,Castanopsis Sapiae,Radix;C 5: Coix lacryma-jobi,honeysuckle,Rhizoma Atractylodis,CORTEX Phellodendri,achyranthes Bidentata,Rhizoma Atractylodis,Poria,TALC,dried tangerine peel,Plantago ASIATICA,licorice.Conclusion:1.In this group,dampness,heat and wind were the main syndrome elements of diseases,spleen and liver were the main syndrome elements of disease location,dampness and heat were the most common syndrome types,expelling wind and relieving itching,clearing away heat and dampness,clearing away heat and detoxication,strengthening spleen and removing dampness,nourishing blood and moistening dryness were the main therapeutic principles The drugs are mainly heat-clearing drugs,water-disinhibiting drugs,and tonic drugs.2.The top ten drugs used in this study were Poria Cocos,liquorice root,cortex dictamni,Rehmannia root,radix sophorae Flavescentis,coix lachryma-jobi,Angelica Sinensis,Saposhnikovia DIVARICATA and CICADA Slough.3.In this group,the high-frequency drugs mainly have cold nature,followed by warm nature,and again by smooth and cool nature;the drugs with sweet taste and bitter taste are mainly,and the drugs with pungent taste are secondary;the drugs with liver Meridian and lung Meridian are the most;the drugs with heat-clearing are the most,and the drugs with diuresis and dampness are the second,once again for the antipyretic and tonic drugs.4.This group of high-frequency Chinese medicine through cluster analysis of drug pairs and potential new prescription,part of the classic prescription around Siwu Xiaofeng powder,Simiao pill,etc.,most of the new prescriptions involve the compatibility of drugs such as heat-clearing and blood-cooling drugs,diuretic and damp-seeping drugs,and wind-dispelling and antipruritic drugs.Some of the new prescriptions are less common,for example,the compatibility of heat-clearing,water-disinhibiting and dampness-infiltrating drugs,dampness-removing drugs with qi-invigorating drugs(atractylodes Macrocephala,Glycyrrhiza)and qi-regulating drugs(pericarpium CITRI reticulatae),it provides a new clue for the discovery of a new prescription for treating ECZEMA.
