Research On Comprehensive Strength Evaluation Of Basic Medical And Health Services In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province

Basic medical and health services is an important part of the construction of people's livelihood.It is an important indicator for measuring fairness and justice.It is related to the health of the whole people,and it is related to the construction of a harmonious society.19 th CPC National Congress of the Party put forward the comprehensive establishment of the basic medical and health system of Chinese characteristics,the medical care system and the high-quality and efficient medical and health service system.However,due to the differences in the level of economic development in Beijing,tianjin and hebei,regional differences in the level of basic medical and health services are more prominent and severe,which has seriously hindered the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebe region.Therefore,the study of the comprehensive strength of basic medical and health services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region can put forward the specific proposals for improving the comprehensive strength of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei basic medical and health services.And it have important practical significance and theory for the better realization of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.First of all,this article introduces the basic concepts and related theoretical basis of the comprehensive strength of basic medical and health services.Secondly,under the background of unbalanced development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this paper compares and analyzes the present situation and differences of basic medical and health services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Then,using entropy method to analyze the comprehensive strength of basic medical and health services in Beijing,tianjin and hebei from 2010 to 2015.The comprehensive score of the comprehensive strength of basic medical and health services from 2010 to 2015 and the scores of basic public health service facilities,medical services,public health and health care were obtained.Furthermore,the development and future trend of the comprehensive strength of the basic medical and health services of the three places of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are analyzed vertically,and the factors influencing the differences are compared and analyzed horizontally.Finally,according to the model conclusion and combining with the actual situation,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the comprehensive strength of the basic medical and health services in in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are put forward.The details are as follows: improve the financial transfer payment system,enhance the supply capacity of medical and health services;strengthen docking cooperation,coordinate regional medical and health resources;promote hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,improve the efficiency of medical resources utilization;strengthen medical supervision and improve the evaluation system.
