The Observation On The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Type Vascular Dementia With The New Entropy Clustering Medical Prescription

Objective:Objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the new prescription in the treatment of kidney deficiency type VD by comparing the clinical effects of the new prescription of entropy clustering with traditional Chinese medicine in treating vascular dementia of kidney deficiency type.Methods105 patients were randomly divided into control group,the group of new prescription and the group of Dihaungyinzi.35 cases in each group were given routine western medicine nimodipine orally.On the basis,the new prescription group takes the new prescription and the group of Dihaungyinzi takes the dihuangyinzi.Observe the curative effect of TCM symptom,cognitive function and the improvement of daily behavior ability before and after treatment in the three groups.The safety indexes such as hematuria stool routine,liver function and renal function need to be observed at the same time.Results4 cases of shedding and 101 cases entrying the final group,including 35 cases in the control group,33 cases in the new prescription group and 33 cases in the Dihaungyinzi group.After the treatment,it was found that the score of the cognitive function scale,the daily function scale and the TCM syndrome score were improved on the three groups.The scores of cognitive function,daily function scale and total effective rate in Dihaungyinzi group were better than those both in the new prescription group and control group.There was no significant difference between the new prescription group and control group.The new prescription group and the Dihaungyinzi group are superior to the control group,and the Dihaungyinzi group is better than the new prescription group in TCM syndromes integral and effective rate.In terms of safety index,there was no significant difference in all patients before and after treatment.Conclusion:Through this clinical trial,it shows that the new prescription of entropy clustering on treating patients with kidney deficiency vascular dementia has the effect on improving the patients’ cognitive function,daily ability and TCM symptom score.But the clinical effect is less than the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment method,which is the application of Dihuangyinzi treatment of kidney deficiency type of vascular dementia.
