The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type By The Multi-needling In Rows Acupuncture At The Three Meridians In Occipital Region

Objective:Observe the effect of clinical treatment and index of safety of the multi-needling in rows acupuncture at the three meridians in occipital region to cure the Cervical spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type,to provide new approaches for curing Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type in the clinical trial.Methods:With simple random method,60 CSA cases that meet our experiment's criteria are chosen and divided evenly into treatment group and control group.The control group received the medicine treatment(we choose flunarizine),while the treatment group received the multi-needling in rows acupuncture at the three meridians in occipital region,for a total of 14 days.The patient's symptom and sign,cerebral blood flow are considered as observation index to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:Before the study: There is no statistical difference in the age,sexuality,course of disease,culture and ESCV?TCD scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which means the two groups are of comparability.After the treatment:(1)Through the difference between the ESCV scores in andbetween both groups before and after treatment of 2 weeks,it can be revealed that the treatment group were better than the control group.(2)Each scores of both groups in TCD were improved from before(P<0.05).After treatment of 2 weeks the TCD of the LVA and BA' Vm between the two groups were differences(P<0.05),the treatment group were better than the control group.RVA'Vm of two groups has no difference(P> 0.05).The research results show,when improving the blood flow velocity of the Vertebrobasilar artery,the treatment group were effective in treatment.(3)Treatment group's total effectiveness is 96.5%,control group's total effectiveness is 80.0%,and the total effective rate of two groups with CSA patients is of statistical difference(P<0.05),the overall efficacy of treatment group is better than that of control group.There is no patient having adverse reactions such as faintng during acupuncture treatment,subcutaneous hematoma,infection,sticking of needle(in acupuncture),broken needle.In conclusion,the study suggests,two treatments curative effect is relatively stable,with good clinical efficacy,the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The control group treated by medicine treatment was not so great compared with the treatment group treated by the multi-needling in rows acupuncture at the three meridians in occipital region when it comes to promoting the functional recovery,relieving symptoms and improving the VBA blood flow.The therapy of treatment group was highly medicable,practicable and safe in clinical application which is worth promoting wildly.
