Objective This study cases are patients with primary hypotension dizzy as complains, compared with the serum sodium concentration of healthy crowd,Study the relationship between the two.Methods1.Adopt the self-designed risk factors of primary hypotension questionnaire, selection 57 of Dizzy as chief complaint in Chengdu university of TCM hospital neurology department of primary and 70 cases of healthy adults from the chengdu university of TCM hospital Physical examination center.By chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis of gender, age,BMI,eating habits, family history whether it is a risk factor for a primary hypotension and its influence.2.Fill in symptom scale for 57 patients with primary hypotension and analysis syndrome, summarize the syndrome type in frequency and percentage.Healthy adults as control group, analysis of each syndrome type and the correlation of serum sodium concentration, analysis them difference.Application SPSS23.0 Chinese test for analysis. Results 1.The single factor analysis of primary hypotension associated risk factors: gender?X2 = 5.942,P = 5.942?,age?X2 = 7.890,P = 7.890?,and family history?X2 = 9.569,P = 9.569?,and eating habits?X2 = 13.397,P = 13.397?,BMI?X2 = 36.184,P = 36.184?,the comparison of the constituent ratio of five factors, the difference is statistically significant;2.The multiple logistic regression analysis of primary hypotension associated risk factors, according to the survey, family history [ OR = 7.96,95% CI 2.714 23.346,P < 0.001 ] and BMI [OR = 10.77,95% CI 2.779 2.779,P < 0.001] are independent risk factors of primary hypotension;3.Primary hypotension with different TCM syndrome types,in the majority with deficiency of qi and blood syndrome?34 cases 59.6%?,kidney essence deficiency syndrome?13 cases 22.8%?,the phlegm dampness syndrome?7 cases 12.3%?,syndrome of blood stasis resistance the orifices is rare?3 cases 5.3%?,and the hyperactivity of liver-yang syndrome was not found in this study;4.Primary hypotension patients compared with healthy adults of serum sodium concentration: primary hypotensive?138.50±2.94 mmol/L?less than healthy adults?141.18±2.72 mmol/L?,and the difference is statistically significant?P < 0.05?.5.Primary hypotension each syndrome type in patients, serum sodium concentration: deficiency of qi and blood group?137.62±2.98mmol/L?,compared with kidney essence deficiency syndrome?139.59±2.96,P<0.05??the phlegm dampness syndrome?140.30±1.18,P<0.05??syndrome of blood stasis resistance the orifices?141.80±2.95,P<0.05?the difference is statistically significant? Conclusion 1.The type of deficiency of both qi and blood is the main type of syndrome of primary hypotension.2.Reduced sodium ion concentration may lead to hypovolemia may be one of the pathogenesis of primary hypotension.3.Gender,age,family history, eating habits?low salt intake?,BMI are primary hypotension possible risk factors of disease, family history,BMI are independent risk factors.4.Limiting sodium intake to the youth/old,female,lower BMI and family history of primary hypotension may not fit.5.For the patients with primary hypotension of deficiency of both qi and blood do not recommend a low salt diet,or can be appropriately increase sodium intake...
