Objective:To study the nutritional status of patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis and provide targeted basis for nutrition support. Methods:Patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis were enrolled and divided into NRS ? 3points(at risk of malnutrition)and NRS <3 points(no risk of malnutrition)according to NRS 2002.The patients were divided into A,B and C groups according to Child-Pugh classification. The patient's sex, age, height, weight, alcohol intake(g/d),years of drinking, days of hospitalization were recorded, and blood routine, liver and kidney, blood lipids, myocardial enzymes, coagulation, and other relevant indicators were collected.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 software. The measurement data were expressed as meanąstandard deviation. The difference between the two groups was analyzed by t-test.The enumeration data was analyzed by chi-square test. Both were P< 0.05 was statistically significant. Results:The incidence of alcoholic liver cirrhosis nutrition risk was 56.25%.There was a significant difference in nutritional risk between Child-Pugh C and A,B patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis(P <0.05).Reflects the relevant indicators of nutrition Pre-albumin(PA),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),total cholesterol(CHOL),lowdensity lipoprotein(LDL),apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)between the two groups Statistical difference(P <0.05).RBC,HGB,AST / ALT,PT%,and international normal, which reflect the severity of the disease, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).There was a significant difference(P <0.05)between monocyte(MO),monocyte percentage(MO%)and globulin(GLO)which reflect the inflammatory activity and immune disorders.Complications between the two groups infection, hypokalemia, hyponatremia, hypochlorosis, hypocalcemia, hepatic encephalopathy were significantly different(P <0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of nutritional risk in patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis is high. With the Child-Pugh grading, the incidence of nutritional risk is on the rise. The patients with nutritional risk have relatively poor clinical indicators and are more likely to merge Complications, the average length of stay in hospital,to be given the appropriate nutritional support, improve prognosis and reduce social burden.
