Objective:Survey on changes of nutritional risk status in patients with liver cirrhosis and human nutrition index;Understand the nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of the patients and analysis the influence factors;Provide scientific evidence upon the further implementation of nutrition education and nutrition intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis to promote the patients turning in staffs.Methods:Select104cases of liver cirrhosis patients from the Taiyuan Third People’s Hospital in November,2013to January,2014as the research object. Through out the nutritional risk screening, body measurement index and biochemical index test by NRS2002, observe and investigate the changes in nutritional risk status of the patients and nutrition related indicators. By using a self-designed questionnaire to conduct on-site investigation, understand the nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior in patients with liver cirrhosis. The collected data were statistically analyzed. Use the percentage, mean, standard deviation to describe the general information, questionnaire survey and nutrition indicators of the subjects. The comparisons between the two sets of measurement data adopt "t" test, but between the three groups are using analysis of variance (SNK test is two two comparison) and the comparisons between count data are "chi-square"test (chi square method to segment is also two two comparison) which conducts the single factor screening, that different index will be multiply analyzed by non conditional "logistic" regression analysis method. Correlation test rank correlation test was used in the two variables.Results:1. The nutritional risk status of the different disease in the patients’ groups with liver cirrhosis exists difference, P<0.05, and the Child C group is the highest nutritional risk, thus the Child A group with the lowest risk of nutrition.2. Compare the body measurement index and biochemical index between the risk of malnutrition group and non nutritional risk groups, where the BMI, TSF, AMC, ALB, PA and TC have significant Statistical difference (P<0.05),but TG (P>0.05) no significant difference.3. Compare the body measurement index and biochemical index between the different Child score patient groups that the group BMI, TSF, AMC, ALB, PA and TC exist differences in each condition which have statistical significance (P<0.05), there was no significant difference of TG (P>0.05).Through the SNK test, Child C group, TSF, AMC, BMI ALB, PA and TC are the lowest, followed by Child B group and Child A group is the highest.4. Nutrition knowledge questions are answered and qualified for the number43(41.3%), nutrition attitude questions answered and qualified for the number62(59.6%) and nutrition questions answered and qualified for the number47(45.2%),especially liver cirrhosis patients’ nutrition knowledge, attitude, behavior and the overall level of poor.5. By the rank correlation test, liver cirrhosis patients’nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior are positively correlated (P<0.05).6.From Gender, age, occupation, cultural degree, disease and nutritional risk etc., six factors respectively on the questionnaire results analyzed by "chi square" test have concluded that:in nutrition knowledge, there are differences between the age, education and occupation groups in the six factors,(P<0.05), which have statistical significance; in nutrition attitude part, differences exist in each group of the six factors,(P<0.05), which have statistical significance; in nutrition behaviors, sex, age, occupation, disease and nutritional risk exist differences in each groups,(P<0.05), which have statistical significance.7. The influence of cirrhotic patients’ nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of multi factor analysis show:the education level and nutritional knowledge are positive correlation, thus the higher level of education, the higher the level of knowledge of nutrition; nutritional risk status and severity associated with nutritional attitude and behaviors are positively. Nutritional risk, the more severe the disease is, the more positive attitude, the more reasonable nutrition behavior.Conclusions:1. The risk of malnutrition in patients with liver cirrhosis is increased as the severity of illness it is. Child C level in patients with liver cirrhosis is the highest risk of malnutrition, malnutrition risk or severity in patients with liver cirrhosis and its nutrition related anthropometric and biochemical indexes are down, needs early nutritional intervention right.2. Patients with cirrhosis widespreadly lack of nutrition knowledge, this study showed more positive overall patients’ attitude for a nutritious diet, but poor diet behavior and the phenomenon of nutrients in the diet behavior of poor compliance.3. The main influence factors of liver cirrhosis patients with nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior levels are education, nutrition risk status and disease severity.
