Clinical Correlation Of P38MAPK And Severe Ischemic Stroke

Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the dynamic changes and clinical significance of serum P38 mitogen-ativiated protein kinases(p38MAPK)in patients with severe ischemic stroke.Methods:Thirsty three patients with SIS and twenty six patients non-SIS were collected in this study.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)is used to measure the levels of serum p38 MAPK on admission and first day,third day,fifth day,seventh day.To explore the tendency of the level of p38MAPK;To compare the difference of p38 MAPK level beetween SIS and non-SIS;To compare the difference of p38 MAPK level between the cardiogenic stroke with the non-cardiogenic stroke.To make a analysis of correlation between p38 MAPK concentration and APACHE? score;To compare compare the difference of p38 MAPK level between the disability groups and the non-disability groups.Results:1?The serum p38 MAPK concentration in patients with severe ischemic stroke and non-severe ischemic stroke was different at any time,reaching the peak in 3-5 days,and then gradually decreasing.Compared with non-severe ischemic stroke,serum p38 MAPK level of patients with severe ischemic stroke was significantly increased.2?In severe ischemic stroke group,the level of the cardiogenic stroke was higher thanthe non-cardiogenic stroke in the 5th day.3?There was a positive correlation between the level of p38 MAPK and APACHE?score;compared with the non-disability group,the level of the disability group is higher.Conclusion:1?The serum P38 MAPK concentration in patients with severe ischemic stroke and non-severe ischemic stroke was different at different time points,reaching the peak in3-5 days and then gradually decreasing.2?In severe ischemic stroke group,the level of P38 MAPK level in the 5th day may be of some significance to the condition of cardiopulmonary apoplexy.3?P38MAPK can provide evidence for the patient's condition.The higher the level of P38 MAPK,the more severe the condition.
