Study On The Theoretical Framework Of TCM Diagnosis And Treatment Of Infertility

Objective:To sort out the relevant Chinese medicine literature of infertility in the past60 years,to summarize the new theories and perspectives for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility,and to construct a theoretical framework for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods:Retrieval of infertility related articles and articles before December 2017.The main source of the thesis search database is China Knowledge Network(CNKI),and the supplementary database is mainly Wanfang and Weipu.On this basis,the relevant articles on infertility were included,and the readings were based on the database of the show,the library,and the superstar digital library.Topics include "infertility" + "traditional Chinese medicine","infertility" + "elderly Chinese medicine","national doctor's name" and so on.Establish literature to include exclusion criteria,carefully study the included literature,sort out the causes and pathogenesis of infertility,and cure the prescription.To summarize the development and evolution of TCM treatment methods and syndromes in infertility in the past 60 years;to count the frequency of drugs used to treat infertility,and to analyze the medication laws.Based on the above studies,a framework diagram of infertility TCM diagnosis and treatment theory is drawn.Results:1 Through statistics,it was found that the number of literatures on infertility treatment of TCM was doubled every 10 years,which indicated that the research on TCM treatment of infertility developed rapidly.2 Through the reading of infertility related literature,summarize the development of infertility diagnosis and treatment context,the formation of infertility TCM diagnosis and treatment theoretical research,diagnosis and treatment methods of the special review.3 Through the study of infertility treatment methods,it was found that the early treatment of infertility in traditional Chinese medicine was mainly based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,and special treatment for special diseases.In the mid-term,on the basis of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and treatment and special treatment of special diseases,there appeared the treatment and treatment of diseases.The combination of Western medicine treatment,the latter part of the disease-based treatment.4 Through research on the syndrome development pattern,it has been found that doctors' understanding of infertility syndromes has not changed much in the past60 years.The basic syndrome type is kidney deficiency syndrome,combined with qi stagnation,blood stasis,cold stagnation,and dampness.Card etc.4 According to the statistics of drug frequency,the top five most commonly used drugs are:Angelica,Angelica,Rehmannia,Dodder,and Cyperus rotundus.The top five categories in drug classification are blood supplements,yang drugs,qi drugs,blood circulation menstruation drugs,and qi drugs.5 Draw a framework diagram of infertility TCM diagnosis theory.Conclusions:1 Combing out the high-frequency writing agency,high-frequency writing authors,representative academic team.2 The pathogenesis of infertility is mainly kidney deficiency(kidney yin deficiency,kidney yang deficiency,kidney qi deficiency),blood stasis,liver turbidity,and dampness.The main mechanism is related to the deficiency of kidney qi,the relationship between red blood pulse and Renmo blood physiological function disorders.3 The diagnosis and treatment of infertility is mainly based on symptomatic treatment,syndrome differentiation,cycle therapy,and integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicines.It is combined with external medicine,acupuncture and emotional therapy.4 Syndrome differentiation mainly includes kidney deficiency syndrome,kidney yang deficiency syndrome,kidney yin deficiency syndrome,liver qi stagnation syndrome,dampness internal resistance syndrome,blood stasis arrest syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and liver Kidney yin deficiency syndrome,cold guest uterus card etc.5 The clinical treatment of infertility drugs are mainly blood-invigorating drugs,replenishing yang drugs and qiinvigorating drugs.Commonly used drugs include Angelica sinensis,Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia,Dodder,and Cyperus rotundus.
