Theoretical Study On Diagnosis And Treatment Of Infertility Based On Related Theory Of Spleen And Kidney

ObjectiveThis paper strives to tease out and construct physiological,pathological and therapeutic content of splenorenal-related theory.Based on this,we analyzed and summarized Professor XUEJianguo's clinical experience in treating infertility through observing the clinical curative effect of Professor XUE 's experience in the treatment of oligozoospermia using WusiYujing DecoctionMethodsResearching methods are mainly divided into theoretical research and clinical research.The theoretical research consists of two parts.The first part reviews the general physiological functions,functional manifestations,and modern research contents of the spleen and kidney to form relevant contents of the spleen and kidney physiology,pathology and governance.The second part reviews the current researches on male infertility in Chinese and Western medicine,and explains Professor XUEJianguo's experience in the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of male infertility based on splenorenal-related theory.The clinical research is divided into two parts.The first part adopts the method of statistical investigation and analysis to investigate and count the statistics of Professor XUEJianguo's outpatients with oligozoospermia and semen normals and the treatment efficacy of oligozoospermia patients.The second part combines relevant literature reports to analyze the statistical results from the two aspects of Chinese and Western medicine,and discusses the factors that affect male fertility and their countermeasures.Results1.Theoretical research results:based on the theory of spleen and kidney which is the cause of infertility pathogenesis,Professor XUE pointed out that spleen and kidney deficiency is the underlying cause of the disease but also an important incentive for evil invasion,and it is closely related to the formation of pathological products(dampness and blood stasis).The cure is divided into two parts:tonic and exorcism.Together we stick to four laws:Invigorating the spleen and warming the kidney.Invigorating blood and Qi?driving sputum and activating blood through warming yang?driving sputum and activating blood through nourishing yin.2.Results of clinical studies:IT engineers are the most affected people with weak oligozoospermia;48.9%of patients in the oligospermia group fell asleep after 11 o'clock in the night,and there was no difference in sleep status between normal and oligospermia groups(P>0.05).There was no correlation between group BMI and sperm concentration in the oligospermia group(p>0.05),and there was a negative correlation with sperm motility(p<0.05).There was no correlation between BMI and semen concentration and activity in the normal semen group(p>0.05).In 55.7%of the patients in the oligospermia group,the stool was thin or completely amorphous,29.6%of the patients had stool frequency ?2 times per day,and there was a significant difference in stool traits and times between the oligospermia group and the normal semen group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of "Wusi YuJing Decoction" in the treatment of oligozoospermia is 86%.ConclusionThe splenorenal-related theory plays an important role in the clinical practice of infertility.Professor XUEJianguo 's experience in the treatment of oligospermia with Wusi Yujing Decoction is safe and has good curative effects.It is worthy of clinical application.
