Clinical Study On The Effect Of Massage Combined With Taijiquan On Life Quality Of Patients With Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Research objective: To observe the improvement of symptoms and quality of life in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy by way of massage combined with taijquan.At the same time,through the application of sf-36 quality of life scale and TCM syndrome score table,enriching evaluation system of massage combined with Taijiquan therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Research methods: 65 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All patients were treated with basic treatment of diabets.The treatment group was given oral administration of mecobalamin tablets while giving massage combined with taijiquan for one times a day for two months.Control group with the basic treatment of diabets is given the methycobal,one time one piece,three times a day for two months.To observe the patient's curative effect index including clinical symptoms,signs,blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin and so on and quality of life.Research results:1.Treatment group,there were 12 cases markedly effective,effective in 16 cases,ineffective in 2 patients,and total effective rate was 93.3%.Control group,4 cases markedly effective,14 cases effective and 12 cases ineffective,total effective rate was60% and and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.The treatment group comparing with the control group treatment have a significant advantage on the improvement of the six dimensions including the body pain,general health,social function,vitality,mental health and emotional function(P<0.05).Two groups have no obvious difference in two dimensions including role physical and physical function(P>0.05).Treatment group compared with the control group can significantly improve the quality of life(P< 0.01).Conclusions:1.Massage combined with Taijiquan has a significant effect on treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients score,improve the quality of life of patients.2.Massage combined with Taijiquan can reduce the total score,blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,have an effective mitigation effect for the patient's disease development.3.Massage combined with Taijiquan all-roundly treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy from the traditional etiology and pathology point of view,combined with the results of modern medical research to seek non-drug,less side effects as the basic treatment ideas,and achieved good results,it is worthy of popularization and application.
