| Object: Investigate the relationship between ECG changes and gender, age, lung function, serum potassium,C-reactive protein and blood gas analysis in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and help early detection of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with acute exacerbation of cardiac damage, and to give promptly diagnosis and treatment. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted to collect the clinical data of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The data collected on the basis of sex,age,C-reactive protein, serum potassium, blood gas analysis, lung function and other results were grouped, the ECG results of each group were analyzed and the relationship between ECG and the results was investigated. The main symptoms,TCM syndromes and tongue, pulse,to explore its distribution.Statistical analysis: Data collected by Microsoft Excel 2016 to establish data warehouse, using SPSS21.0 statistical analysis, the comparison between groups using χ~2 test or accurate probability method;measurement data using the mean ± standard deviation((?)± s),The two groups were compared with t test,do not meet the variance homogeneity with nonparametric test, test level ɑ = 0.05.Results : 1 The incidence of AECOPD female patients with ECG ST-T changes was higher than men’;2 AECOPD patients’ s electrocardiogram of rapid arrhythmia incidence of 65 years of age group> 65 years of age group;3 The incidence of abnormal ECG in patients with AECOPD was significantly higher in the moderate-severe 、extremely severe groups than in the mild group;4 AECOPD patients with rapid arrhythmia incidence of type Ⅱ respiratory failure group was higher than arterial blood gas analysis of normal group.5 The incidence of abnormal ECG in patients with AECOPD was higher in the Hypokalemia group than normal group6 AECOPD patients with ECG abnormal group C-reactive protein levels higher than the normal group;7 AECOPD patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome based on empirical evidence, the most common type is phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome. Conclusion: The incidence of total ECG abnormalities in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is higher, mainly manifested as rapid arrhythmia and ST-T changes. For different sex, age, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients,ECG results of the comparative analysis of the same differences.ECG abnormalities mainly with the patient’s lung function, respiratory failure,C-reactive protein,Blood potassium.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with acute Chinese medicine syndrome to the majority of evidence, deficiency followed, and The common syndromes include phlegm heat obstructing the lung, phlegm dampness obstructing the lung, phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the lung. |
