The Intervention Of Zuojin Wan Allied Ganlu San On Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Of Excessive Heat Of Stomach And Yang Deficiency Of Liver Syndrome

ObjectiveTo study the efficacy and the safety of Zuojin Wan allied Ganlu San on Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(stomach excessive heat and deficiency of liver yang syndrome)by randomized controlled trial so that we can get a new treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of NAFLD.MethodTo use prospective study RCT for clinical scheme design.126 patients were randomly devided into experimental group(63 cases)and controlgroup(63 cases)with DPS.Patients in treatment group take Ganlu San.Patients in control group take Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.After these treatment we may get result from the difference in ultrasound(US),the normalisation of controlled attenuation parameters,biochemical responses,TCM syndrome score,BMI,WC.Results1.Case completion:59 and 60 participants concluded the study in the treatment group and control group respectively.2.Baseline comparison:The difference in the age,sex,BMI,height,weight,WC,hip,WHR,baseline of AST,ALT,GGT,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,hepatic steatosis gradein US,CAP value,TCM syndrome score was not statistically significant(P>0.05)between experimental group and control group.3.TCM syndrome score:Compared with pre-treatment,TCM syndrome score of the two groups were both decreased(P<0.01),and the experimental group was more effective(P<0.01).4.Body measurement:Compared with pre-treatment,the level of BMI,WC,WHR,in two groups were both decreased(P<0.01),and the experimental group was more effective(P<0.01or P<0.05).5.Biochemical responses:Compared with pre-treatment,the level of ALT,AST,GGT,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the experimental group was more effective(P<0.01or P<0.05).The recovery rate of ALT in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).But the other biochemical parameters'recovery rate were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6.CAP score:compared with pre-treatment,CAP score of the two groups were both decreased(P<0.01),and the experiment group was more effective(P<0.01).7.Clinical effects:The experiment group ultrasonic and TCM symptom efficiently were better than the control group,and the experiment group was more effective(P<0.01).8.Efficacy factors:The patients with age?40 years old were significantly higher than those of>40 years old on efficacy of TCM syndrome and US.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).BMI?26.50 kg/m~2 patients were significantly higher than those BMI>26.50 kg/m~2 on efficacy of US,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThis study suggested that Zuojin Wan allied Ganlu San could improve the TCM symptoms as well as the degree of fatty live in ultrasound and reduce the inflammation of liver,BMI,WC of patients with NAFLD.Additionally,it could adjust glycolipid metabolism without significant side effects.Therefore,Zuojin Wan allied Ganlu San is safe and effective for the excessive heat of Stomach and Yang defficiency of liver NAFLD.On the other hand,the age and BMI are the impact factor of effect.
