The Clinical Observation Of The Safflower Injection Treatment On Community-Acquired Pneumonia (Obstruction Of Channels By Stagnant Blood)

Objective: This study "lung toward lotaustralin" "the mansion of the pulse and blood" for the Chinese medicine theory to guide,to observe safflower injection for the treatment of CAP,objective evaluation of the effectiveness and safety,aims to explore the advantages of blood circulation by removing blood stasis method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CAP..Methods: This study collected theChengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,an 201601-201703 hospital patients and 40 cases,using randomized controlled clinical study design methods,will conform to the standards of 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups,20 cases in each group.Treatment,the control group routine therapy for community-acquired pneumonia,based on control group,treatment group were treated with safflower injection intravenous drip,observation of treatment for 10 days.Contrast observation groups of blood cell analysis and percentage of the total number of white blood cells,neutrophils,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,whole blood c-reactive protein,calcitonin,chest imaging and the changes of TCM symptom score,Comparison between groups hospitalization days,body temperature returned to normal time,clinical main symptoms improved time change.The above data into the computer,using SPSS18.0 statistical analysis.Results:(1)CAP efficacy indicators:Treatment group to reduce the WBC,N %,CRP inflammation indicators is better than the control group(P<0.05);The two groups were equally effective in improving the ESR and PCT(P>0.05);In imaging absorption treatment group was obviously better than that of control group(P< 0.01);The two groups were equally effective in improving the evaluation of TCM syndrome(P>0.05);(2)CAP timeliness indicators:The treatment group's main clinical symptom improvement time(except fever)was significantly better than the control group(P>0.05);The treatment group to improve the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine on time significantly better than that of control group(P<0.01);(3)Comprehensive curative effect,symptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P < 0.01)Conclusion: In the CAP based on conventional treatment combined with safflower injection,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,promote inflammation associated indicators recovery and radiographic effusion absorption of the oven,to speed up the improved,clinical curative effect is distinct,and no adverse reactions;Treatments for CAP is effective for activating blood circulation and safflower injection can be used in the treatment of CAP,is worthy of popularization and application.
