Research Objective: The correlation between acute inflammation and microcirculation disorders in CAP was taken as the starting point.Based on Sun Luo-microcirculation theory, the safety and efficacy of safflower injection in treating CAP with blood stasis and collateral obstruction syndrome were retrospectively analyzed. The possible effective ways of safflower injection in treating CAP with blood stasis and collateral obstruction syndrome were discussed by observing and analyzing the coagulation and inflammation indexes such as D-D,PT,WBC,PCT before and after treatment. In order to optimize the current CAP TCM diagnosis and treatment program and extend the clinical application of TCM principles of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made of 420 CAP(non-severe)patients in the respiratory department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from January 2017 to January 2018.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,40 patients were collected.21 of them were treated with safflower injection as the treatment group, the others without safflower injection as the control group. The general conditions of gender, age,TCM symptom scores of the two groups were analyzed.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),which was comparable. The WBC,PCT,PT and D-D of peripheral blood samples were collected and recorded on the first and tenth days after admission, and the thoracic CT exudation and absorption were reexamined 15-30 days after discharge to determine the improvement of inflammation and coagulation function of CAP.Result: After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,WBC,PCT,D-D,Fib and other indicators in the treatment group and the control group were improved to varying degrees.the curative effect, chest CT exudation and absorption and hospitalization days in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, wich with statistical significance(P <0.05);WBC,PCT,CRP,D-D,Fib in the two groups were compared(P <0.05),and The treatment group was superior to the control group, with statistical analysis showing statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)In this study,D-D in patients with CAP increased significantly, and there was a significant positive correlation with PCT and CRP,so D-D can reflect the degree of inflammation in patients with CAP to a certain extent.(2)The average hospitalization days in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)Safflower Injection as a therapy for CAP inpatients has a good overall effect, the effective rate is 85.7%,and the safety level I.(4)Safflower injection is a representative drug of removing blood stasis therapy. It can significantly improve coagulation indexes such as D-D,Fib and microcirculation of CAP patients, thus promoting the absorption of inflammatory consolidation to improve clinical efficacy.
