Qinghuo Rougan Mingmu Decoction On Uveitis (VKH Syndrome,Liver And Gallbladder Syndrome) Clinical Study Of Therapeutic Effect

Objective:By comparing the Qinghuo Rougan Mingmu Decoction combined with the hormone group and the simple hormone group,to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the treatment of uveitis(VKH syndrome-liver and gallbladder syndrome)by the fire-proof soft liver,and provide more effective treatment for uveitis(VKH syndrome-liver and gallbladder syndrome).Method:This test adopts the method of random grouping,which can be divided into Qinghuo Rougan Mingmu Decoction combined with the hormone group and simple hormone group.The two groups were recorded before treatment,1 weeks after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,1months after treatment,3 months after treatment,6 months after treatment,the improvement of the aqueous planktonic cells,vitreous and ocular fundus inflammation,the best corrective vision improvement,corneal KP,and the improvement of TCM syndromes were adopted by SPSS24.0software for each group before treatment,And the data between the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results:In clinical curative effect,the total effective rate of the test group was 90%,the total effective of control group rate was 80%,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the group was superior to the control.The total effective rate of the test group was 80%,the total effective rate was 60%,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control.(1)before and after treatment: two groups of main therapeutic indicators(anterior chamber planktonic cells,vitreous turbidity,fundus inflammation)of the improvement and before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).In the improvement of Secondary Therapeutic index(corneal KP,best correction eyesight,TCM symptom score): The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)compared with before treatment,and Control group in the treatment of 1months,3 months,6 months and before treatment compared to the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05),in the early stage of treatment(1 weeks,2 weeks)The effect is not obvious,the difference is not statistically significant.There was a statistically significant difference between June and before treatment(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the early stage of treatment(1 weeks,2 weeks).Comparison between the two groups after(2)treatment: in the best correction of vision and systemic symptoms,the efficacy scores of each point in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In anterior chamber planktonic cells,vitreous turbidity,fundus inflammation,the symptoms of Chinese medicine,the two groups in 1 weeks,3months,6months after treatment,the difference is not statistically significant(p>0.05),in the first medium of treatment(2 weeks,1 month),the group was significantly better than the control groups,the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Qinghuo Rougan Mingmu Decoction combined with the hormone group and simple hormone group in the treatment of Hepatobiliary Han syndrome Vkh syndrome after a certain period of time can achieve good clinical results.(2)Qinghuo Rougan Mingmu Decoction to improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine can play a good role.(3)Qinghuo Rougan Mingmu Decoction can be reduced to a certain extent to reduce liver and gallbladder syndrome Vkh recurrence.(4)Qinghuo Rougan Mingmu Decoction has good security.
