Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic double-row suture bridge technique and one-joint two-wire bridge technique on small and medium-sized rotator cuff tears,so as to provide an optimal surgical method for clinicians to treat small and medium-sized shoulders.Sleeve injury provides a more reliable clinical basis.Method:From January 2016 to January 2017,40 patients with moderate and small rotator cuff tears at Sichuan Provincial Hospital(Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM)received double-row suture bridge technology(DB group).And the two-wire bridge technology group(OB group),through the five time points(1 day before surgery,4 weeks after surgery,4 weeks after surgery,12 weeks after surgery,and 12 months after surgery)shoulder scores and operation time conduct statistical analysis.Result:1.40 patients were followed up for more than 12 months;2.The two groups of patients in the DB group and the OB group had the same curative effect 12 months after the operation,with no significant difference(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in demographic data and past medical history between the two groups in the DB group and the OB group(P>0.05).4.The operation time of both rotator cuff tears was shorter in the OB group than in the DB group(P<0.05).5.DB group and OB group both before and after surgery were changed,the shoulder joint score was statistically significant(P<0.05);6.DB group and OB group at the same time;no significant statistical difference in shoulder score(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both suture bridge techniques are effective methods for the treatment of small and medium-sized rotator cuff injuries.However,the one-wire two-wire bridge method has shorter operation time than the double-row suture bridge technology,and has certain advantages.
