| Objectives:Based on the principles of "evidence-based,consensus-based,and experience-based" as the principle,expert questionnaires were prepared based on the results of literature research;two rounds of expert questionnaires were conducted using the Delphi method,with clear clinical positioning,positive results,and Evidence-based medical evidence and extensive expert consensus for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of proprietary Chinese medicines,preparation of proprietary Chinese medicines for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequelae clinical application guidelines draft.To provide rational guidance for Western medicine specialists,general practitioners,clinical pharmacists and nurses in general hospitals to use Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae,to improve doctors' prescription quality and clinical efficacy of proprietary Chinese medicines,and to reduce the risk of clinical Chinese patent medicines.Methods1.Literature research: Follow the principle of "evidence-based medicine",formulate search strategies,and fully search relevant documents through Chinese and foreign language databases.At the same time,it was re-searched according to the names of proprietary Chinese medicines obtained in the 2012 National Essential Drug List,the 2015 China Pharmacopoeia,the 2017 National Medical Insurance Catalogue,and the previous network survey.In addition,this study also included proprietary Chinese medicines related to pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae related guidelines,consensus,expert opinion,and clinical pathways.Through literature research,we collected Chinese patent medicines related to pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae from ancient to modern times.Check the inclusion and exclusion criteria and make the final decision.2.Literature quality evaluation: According to the literature type,risk assessment methods for selection bias were selected.Randomized controlled trials were conducted to select the ROB scale.Non-randomized controlled trials were selected for the MINORS scale.Observational studies were used to select the NOS scale.Systematic review/Meta analysis was used to select the AMSTAR scale.Data was extracted from two panelists and the third person checked and reviewed the relevant data.Evaluate inconsistencies and reach consensus through discussion.3.Expert survey:According to the results of the literature study,an expert questionnaire was prepared.Select gynecological experts in traditional Chinese medicine,gynecological experts in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and some western medical gynecologists in 20 fields in 31 provinces and cities across the country.The proportion of Chinese and Western medicine experts was 2:1,a total of 32,and an expert survey was conducted.Through two rounds of expert surveys,31 Chinese patent medicines were investigated for familiarity,importance,clinical efficacy,clinical use,recommendation basis,and recommendation strength.SPSS22.0 software was used to statistically analyze the survey data.The questionnaire for the second round of surveys was based on the statistical analysis results of the first round of surveys.The statistical methods were the same as those for the first round.Collect and collect expert survey forms,process statistical opinions on expert opinions,form consensus opinions,and finalize consensus.Results1.Literature research: Two people back-to-back search,obtained 8643 articles of Chinese patent medicine for SPID treatment,6406 articles of literature after reading weight,4566 articles of reading articles and abstract excluded literature,read the full text of the remaining 1840 articles and follow the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Check and eliminate 1729 articles.And according to the 2012 National Essential Drug List,the 2015 Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the 2017 National Medical Insurance Catalogue,and the previous internet surveys,the names of Chinese patent medicines were again searched.The final inclusion of 111 qualitative research literature,31 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines.There are 18 kinds of 31 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines for treating dampness and heat stasis syndromes;4 kinds for treating qi stagnation and blood stasis syndromes;2 kinds for treating dampness stasis and stagnation syndromes;2 kinds for treating qi deficiency and blood stasis syndromes;There are 2 kinds of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndromes;3 kinds of external proprietary Chinese medicines can be used for each type of syndrome.2.Expert questionnaire:Two rounds of questionnaires were collected,and the results of expert surveys were summarized,collated,and analyzed.It was concluded that there are five recommended Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae: Gynecological Qianjin Tablets,Kangfuyan Capsules,Jingangteng Capsules,Gui Zhifu Capsule and Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppository;14 kinds of weakly recommended proprietary Chinese medicines,namely: Panyanjing Capsule,Fuyanshu Capsule,Anti-fuyan Capsule,Huahong Capsule/tablet/granule,Gongyanping Tablet/Dripping Pill Capsules,Jinying capsules,Fu Yankang tablets,Fu Yan Healing capsules,Kun Fukang capsules,safflower Ruyi pills,Fu Bao granules,Dan Huang Qi capsules,analgesic capsules/tablets/granules,phlegm and phlegm Enema liquid;12 kinds of unrecommended Chinese patent medicines are: Huangtinsu tablets,Jinji capsules/granules,Fuyanjing capsules,Fuyanxiao capsules,Jinxiang capsules,Jinji Huayu capsules,Fujingjing capsules,and females.Gold capsules,red tiger enema,fetal music tablets,Puqi pot granules,Shaofu Zhuyu capsules.ConclusionGuided by evidence-based medicine,the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert questionnaire surveys,and a preliminary draft of clinical application guidelines for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae was successfully developed.The Delphi method anonymous expert survey can fully absorb expert opinions,which is in line with the expert experience in the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of this important feature,so that the formulation of proprietary Chinese medicine treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequelae clinical application guidelines more scientific and practical,can promote traditional Chinese medicine The development of standardized research will improve the level of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment. |
