| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-expanding sputum-embedded surgery combined with Yuzheng powder in the treatment of spleen-enriched sputum flat warts and to explore the effectiveness of the combination therapy.Safety,explore new treatment ideas and programs for clinical treatment of flat warts.Methods:69 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were used as the subjects of the trial.According to the random number table grouping method,35 patients were divided into treatment group(autologous fistula embedding surgery combined with Youzheng Powder)and control group(recombinant human interferon ?-2b).Gel combined transfer factor capsules(oral)was 34 cases.The treatment group was treated with autologous hemorrhoid implants.The treatment was performed every 1week,4 times was a course of treatment,and a total of 1 course of treatment was used.At the same time,the Chinese herbal decoction,Youzheng Powder,was taken orally,once a day,orally three times a day.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon ?-2b gel(You Jingan)in the lesion area,4 times per day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment,and simultaneous transfer factor capsules were administered orally.2 capsules/time,2 times/day.The data of the primary and secondary disease scores after observation and treatmentwere recorded before treatment,7 days after treatment,14 days after treatment,21 days after treatment,and 28 days after treatment.A total of 5records were recorded and changes in skin lesions were evaluated according to the score table.Observe the curative effect,and evaluate the changes of the accompanying symptoms in the two groups.Through the intragroup comparison and the intragroup comparison,analyze the results with the statistical software Eviews9.0 and SPSS22.0,and analyze and discuss the obtained results.Results:1.Comparison of overall curative effect: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.12%,the recurrence rate was16.67%;the total effective rate in the control group was78.12%,and the recurrence rate was 40%,which was obtained by the sputum test and chi-square test(P<0.05).The overall efficacy difference was statistically significant.The onset time of efficacy of the two groups was compared.Compared with the Youjingan combined transfer factor capsule group,the time of onset was early in the autologous fistula occipitalization combined with Youzhengsan group;the autologous fistula burial group was observed from the mean onset time of the two groups.The therapeutic effect was superior to that of the western medicine group;from the observation and analysis of the healing time of the two groups,the autologous fistula implantation group was better than the western medicine group.2.Comparison within the group: 1 According to the comparison of the scores of the primary and secondary diseases before and after treatment in both groups,the treatment was superior to that before the treatment,and the curative effect was significant.The Z test(p<0.05)was of statistical significance.2 After the treatment of the main group,the secondary disease and the treatment 7,14,21,and 28 days after the regression analysis by Eviews 9.0 software,it was concluded that the treatment group and the control group were effective after 4 treatments for the main symptoms and secondary symptoms.3.Comparison between groups:Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups before and after the treatment of the main and secondary diseases,the treatment group was better than the control group,the Z test(p <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.The total efficacy of autologous fistula burial combined with Youzheng powder in treating spleen deficiency and poisonous flat warts is better than that of You Jingan combined with transfer factor capsule treatment.2.Autogenous iliac embedment combined with Youzheng San group for the treatment of spleen and spleen-enriched flat warts significantly improved the skin lesion symptoms,spleen-poisonous constitution and related symptoms,and was significantly better than western medicine group in shortening the course of disease and reducing recurrence;Therelationship between curative effect and sub-disorder analysis,autologous fistula embedding and traditional Chinese medicine decoction Youzheng San combined,complement each other to improve the overall efficacy,with a certain degree of clinical practicality,this method for the treatment of flat warts is worthy of research and application. |
