Clinical Study On Early Changes Of T-lymphocyte Subset And Related Indicators In Patients With G+/G- Urosepsis

[Objective] To investigate the early changes of T-lymphocyte subset and related indicators in patients with G+/G-urosepsis.[Methods] Respectively choose 70 Gram-positive bacteria urosepsis pat ients(G+ urosepsis),80 Gram-negative bacteria urosepsis patients(G-u rosepsis)as the reasearch objects,respectively detect the content of the Blood routine,Procalcitonin,T-lymphocyte subset,Coagulation,C-Re active Protein,albumin and Crea.Then these index contents and semen p arameters were statistically difference analysis,and further ROC anal ysis of index contents.[Result] We have found no statistical difference about CD8+T-lymphocyte,white blood cell,platelet,Urine leukocyte,Crea between three groups(P>0.05).Compared with G-urosepsis,the content of CD4+T-lymphocyte,CD3+ T-lymphocyte,hemoglobin,albumin were significantly decreased(P< 0.05).The diagnostic value of serum CD3+T-lymphocyte,CD4+T-lymphocyte,hemoglobin,albumin,Procalcitonin,CReactive Protein,Coagulation applied in patients with differential diagnosis is high quality.Whereby the highest sensitivity and specificity were Procalcitonin(0.753,0.629).[Conclusion] As Gram-positive bacteria urosepsis patients,Gram-negative bacteria urosepsis patients can significantly patients of immune system,hematopoietic system,liver function and coagulation system.By testing the patien procalcitonin,C-Reactive Protein can help differential diagnosis of G+/G-urosepsis.
