Meta Analysis:Clinical Effect Of Single Bundle And Double Bundle Reconstruction Of Posterior Cruciate Ligament Under Arthroscope

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of arthroscopic single bundle and double bundle posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods: PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data,document operation curative effect comparison of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of double bundle after arthroscopic single collection published,including randomized controlled trials(RCT)and non randomized controlled trials(Non-RCT).The literature was screened and evaluated by 2researchers according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Meta analysis was performed using Revman5.3 software.Results: A total of 11 articles were included,RCT 5,Non-RCT 6,a total of 529 cases of patients with cruciate ligament injury;Meta analysis showed that the postoperative IKDC score of [RR=0.88,95%CI(0.79,0.98),the difference was statistically significant between the two groups P=0.02];postoperative Lysholm score [WMD=-0.68,95%CI(-1.59,0.24),P=0.15]showed no statistical difference between the two groups significance;postoperative Tegner score [WMD=-0.16,95%CI(-0.37,0.04),P=0.12] showed that the differences between the two groups was not statistically significant;knee flexion 90 degree to the evaluation of the stability of [WMD=1.07,95%CI(0.28,1.87,P=0.008] showed statistically significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion: Both of the two reconstructions are effective,only in the knee stability and IKDC,double bundle reconstruction is superior to single bundle reconstruction,but double bundle reconstruction has long time operation,large trauma,and high surgical skills required surgery,so the two kinds of surgical methods have their own advantages and disadvantages;but because of the quality and size of the literature included,we need to demonstrate the use of a higher quality RCT.
